I love doing taking their time.  I have many characters I play when these calls come in.  Best yet, female caller and I moaned and asked her to talk interest rates in her most dirtiest voice because I get more excited the higher the number.

Received a call form this number yesterday and hit one to speak with an agent, who quickly answered. I asked for my number to be taken off the call list and threatend to sue as I am a do not call list. He hung up on me as soon as I started talking.

Received a missed call from this number today.  Called the number back, said caller not available.
Doubled checked and it was the same number as yesterday.
I do not appreciate the fact that I am on a do not call list and looks like I cann not get rid of this scam.

Same SCAMS. Would love to find these IDIOTS. Would SUE the crap out of them.

I have received several calls from this number. I am on the National Do Not call list and I am tired of the harrrassment

This number continues to call me even after pressing #1 and speaking with a live person.  I VERY nicely told them I didn't have a credit card with them and to please take me off of their list.  Much to my disappointment, they continue to call.  My tone has gotten much worse as I am sick of their calls.  Just today, I pressed #1 again and when I told Eric to please never call me again, he hung up on me.

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC but due to the volume of these scammers I don't think they will ever stop any of them.
I find that I get great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their "reps". I have a phony name, credit card number, security code and social security number that I use. The only legitimate number that I give them is the customer service number from a card that I no longer use since they raised my rates.
I try to ask the criminals as many questions as possibe to keep them on the phone as long as I can. The scammers seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.

There are two guys behind this scam and they have a slew of corporations, many of them defunct. I searched using the name “American Debt Negotiators” and found the name of the Registered Representative was a guy named RAN BARNEA, aca RAN DAVID BARNEA, aca DAVID R BARNEA. He is also listed as the president of a whole slew of other active corporations. The other guy is DANIEL T. POST. This stuff is all public record. Until " We The People" grab our politicions by the short and curlies , and make those politicians put some teeth in the no call lists or get voted out then we'll keep geting the same .

Got another call from them today.  Called the # back and it said "The cricket customer you have called is not available because their phone is either off or not in a service area"

I suspect they are spoofing their caller ID and whoever owns this number is a victim of it.

your #s are incorrect, I called ready to blast these people and got a very nice and very confused lady on the other line who worked for Mid-Atlantic Delivery Co. I think a lot of you people are as bad as the tele-marketers by putting incorrect #s on the web. Get your info correct before you liable someone!

They call to lower my interest rate, hang up when I ask them to never call again.

Okay I got them to stay on the line for 6minutes 13 seconds.  Didn't even give a fake card number yet.  They asked which bank had the balance of my debt.  Told them I would have to check, hang on.....

Yes I am on the DNC list. Have complained to gov. and callers and been hung up on before.  Lot of good it does.
