This number...724-209-6600...has been calling for the past 2 to 3 weeks now, sometimes it's 2 or more times a day. They don't leave a message on the answering machine. Wish they would call when my hubby is around! I'm just tired of them calling every day!

I have been called numerous times by this number.  I cannot seem to get this number to cease calling me.  

Thus I have submitted an online complaint form with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at:

to see if our tax dollars will provide federal enforcement of regulations against telecommunications harrassment.

I have received six or seven calls, starting on 12/22 and the last one a few moments ago, 12/24 at 1:00 PM.  The first call, no one was there and then I heard a ring tone like I had made the call.  Today a recording said they were Allied Interstate and were calling to collect a debt.  Then again with the ring tone like I was calling them.  After the tone there is nothing. I tried calling the number and was told it's been disconnected or the number is wrong. When we're not here they never leave a message.  We called the police and they're documenting the incidents.

I get a call from 1 724-209-6600 once every day.  No one talks on the other end and then the call ends.

this number called me everyday for the last month, no response,same thing when i called back. I found this number and talked to "von" he said 24 to 48 hours and i should be off the list. he did ask for my name and i didnt give it to him. I asked whos name was on this number and he said edward. i told him that wasnt me. last call from these scums was 1/19/09/09. the number is
1-800-811-4214 press option 2.  remember DONT give them your name.

Hey, if you are getting an answer you are ahead of me! Not only do they call my phone, but my 13 yr. old daughter's as well.

Since I have only one collection I'm aware of with AT&T, I Googled Allied Interstate with AT&T.
Sure enough, AT&T uses them as a collection agency.
Like other people, they never leave a message and when I do answer it puts me on hold or hangs up.

They call me from this number each and every day claiming to be a collection agency. They do not allow me the opportunity to speak with them. They call my cell phone which I pay for . Please stop them.

These people call me all the time usually when I am at work so I can't answer and they don't leave a message. Tonight they called and I answered and then it rang on there end and the rep came on and asked for my ex stepbrother, we have not lived in the same house for over 15 years, never had the same last name and when I asked them how they got it they said due to privacy we can't reveal this information. What? They have my phone number attached to someone I can't stand and yet they cannot tell me who gave them my number...that's a crock of $#@%. I then tried to called them back and got the message "this is not a working number".

This number has been calling me multiple times and I don't hear anything on the other line.  I tried calling back and it is constantly busy!  I'm not sure what to do to stop the calls!!  :(

I just called this number (800) 715-0395.  I told them the problem of being called when I don't know who it is they are trying to reach.  He looked up my phone number and flagged it so I wouldn't be called any further.

Getting several calls to my number with no message. Tried to call it back but received a fast busy signal. This is ridiculous.

My story is the same as everyone else's.  They call and there's nothing but dead air.  We get this two, sometimes three times a day.  

Because this has been going on for over a year, I've had some time to do some research.  

What you need to do if they call:

File a complaint at http://www.fcc.gov

That way, the FCC has a record of the hundreds, possibly thousands of calls they are placing a day.  Each violation will cost the company $1,000 in fines.

Just filed my complaint with the FCC online.  You all should do the same.  It only takes a couple of minutes and hopefully it will help put an end to the annoying hang-up calls (I am never able to get anyone on the phone).

Call them and they will fix the problem. Only call if you are not a dead beat, non bill paying, low life scumbag. If you are, you are the reason these places call everyone they just want you to PAY YOUR BILLS!!!!
