I just got a call from them, didn't answer.  But I have been adding these numbers to my contact list and naming them 'Junk' with a number after the word junk.  Then I set the ring tone to 'no ring'.  Not all phones will do this so if yours won't set it for the shortest ring you have.  

Card member services. When I asked the name of the company they hung up on me. I am on the donotcall list which is obviously a joke! I would pay $$$ to find out how they got my number. So annoying!!!

Received call today from Rachael offering to lower my interest rate.
No option was given to have my number removed from caller list.

I have a spam blocker on my phone, so I don't know who called or why, but I've seen this number in forums on spam calls, so I find it appropriate to report this number..   Phone owners should be protected from EVER receiving unsolicited calls!!

I am on the do not call list.  I received a phone call from them and pressed 1 to remind them yet again I am on the do not call list and they hung up on me.  Surprise when you call back it is a non-working number.  What a racket.   This is crazy.
Very sick of it.  They just keep calling from different numbers.

Card member services..... its a scam. They called me 3 times so far I've told them I don't have a card nor need their "so called" services don't call me anymore.They were warned LOL. Here's what I'm going to do to these people I've done it before to others like them and it so funny listening to scum like them yell and cuss on the other end of the phone after I do it.  I've got an "air horn" like the ones referees use at the football and basket ball games waiting by the phone for their next call ;-)  I'd love to see the guys face as he grabs his headphones and pulls them off his ears after the super loud long horn blast I give them LOL  works every time ;-)

got the call, didn't answer, looked up the number and saw an encouragement to report it as a scam. Hate this crap!

Sick of these telemarketers!  Keep calling me about lowering my rates.  Don't care, pay off automatically every month.  On do not call list.  What a joke.  Like the air horn idea though.  Shopping for air horns.

This caller is relentless. They several times a day.
They don't speak just hang up when my machine picks up

This people keep calling me on my home phone and my cell phone stating that they would lower my interest rate.  When I asked questions, they hung up on me.  

I use air horn in a can. The calls are now only every couple months instead of every week

Hit 0 then # and automatically hangs up instead of the person on staff.
This has been going on for about 8 months now.

they say they are with Cardholder Servcies and can reduce my interest rate.

This  company calls me repeatedly on my business cell phone with a pre-recorded message about my "card" expiring. I do not have a credit card with these people.

They are rotten dirty snakes thar are very rude when I start asking questions. The many times I've asked to be taken off their list they hang up on me. Now I get to the point that if I am driving home (4560 min drive) and they call me I ask them all sorts of questions and give them obvisously wrong information to waste their time.

They have been calling me for almost 3 YEARS!!! I know it is crazy for me not to change my number but it is the principle of the matter. I contacted the FCC, they responded that I have to hire a personal attorney to take them to court. If convicted they would be ordered to pay $1,500.00 retribution for EACH call. Well why do we taxpayers who pay for the FCC have to hire their own attorney when these culprits are in violation of the law? Our gov't at work in it's finest. Could shut down that gov't office and NO ONE would be affected. Talk about gov't waste. Anyway, I have to keep blocking these numbers on my cell phone, but they never give up, just keep calling, I never picked up again, after the first call when I asked them to stop calling me. The guy was absolutely the worse jerk you can imagine, just plain rude. They never give up, just keep changing their phone numbers. I heard on the web that American Express Credit Card company sells your information to these criminals. I believe that to be the case, as I had just joined Costco & signed up for their Amer Ex credit card. Shortly after the calls began and never ended.

You know after years of posting and reading these notes about scam calls. I really wonder who is more F-ed up the scammer or the person who answers comes here and posts, " I answered and they hung up" or "I answered and told them I am on the DNC list and they were very rude and hung up", or the giggle of them all " please stop calling me" like they are reading these posts and will obey anything the offended say. What a HOOT!

THESE ROBO CALLS WILL NOT STOP GET USED TO IT! DON'T ANSWER AN UNKNOWN NUMBER PERIOD! THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE IF IT IS IMPORTANT! THE SEC/DNC LIST IS JUST ANOTHER SCAM BY THE GOVERNMENT. EVEN IF THEY DO FINE A SCAM COMPANY ITS 1 OUT OF A MILLION! STOP THE MADNESS  AND MOVE ON!
