On second thought if you would provide the information of who your 888 number provider is that would be VERY helpful in getting information from them to help convict and trace the people that are running this scam.

Thanks to the great reports by PUblicnotice, I called the Orlando Police today and got some very interested detective to listen. I directed him to this and other websites so he could learn about the depth of this scam. I explained their pitch about lowering your credit card rates, how they ask the questions that tells them 1.) whether you have a credit card 2.) If it is a good one with a high balance and 3.) How they ask for the number on the front, the number on the back and the expiration date, your middle name AND the last four of your social!!

I gave them fake info and they just kept asking away. All the while saying how they were going to "help" me lower my rates. After they got the last 4 of my social they hung up. I guess they didn't wan't to "help" me anymore.

This is a major ID theft operation.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO.

i find it pathetic how interested you people are in this girls lfe.  to find all this information like some failed detective lol  get a life and maybe a better career if you are really this bored with your own to stalk what someone else has done or did hypothetically.  

to pubic notice- all i was saying about being guilty is that it takes two to be in a "relationship" and that would be the only thing her and pete wright were guilty of. this has nothing to do with business practices. as far as her arrest, as i said, i know the situation personally. she actually leased out the front part of an office she had to a telemarketing room and that room got raided. BECAUSE the office was listed in her name she was also arrested. what i meant by saying she does not call anyone is that NONE OF HER COMPANIES tele markets anyone. she provides customer service for some companies but the ones doing the calling she is not tied to. this has affected her life in more ways than one can imagine and don't you think that with all her personal information being posted on here, she would just stop calling people. no amount of money in the world would be world would be worth the harassment she has received due to these posts and we would love to know who is doing this more than anyone and put them to a stop. while everyone is focusing on kim the real person or people out there calling people are getting away with it and loving it because they have a free pass to do whatever because it is all being put back on her.

If Anyone would take the time to listen to the customer service reps that answer Kimberly Coarse business numbers, they explain to anyone who calls that over the last 2-3 months there have been non stop calls about being taken off a list.  We speak to as many as we can and inform anyone who contacts us of the situation.  Someone is placing out bound calls and then providing our phone number as a way to be removed from a calling list.  You would never have to call some place different to be removed from a list if the person is on the phone with you, they would need to remove you.  Our phone number shows on caller ID if we return any calls, but we take in bound customer service or scheduling calls.  We have reported these calls to the appropriate authorities, and do everything we can to explain to anyone who calls that we are looking into it on our end as well.  Thanks.

This is a shame, Ive known Kimberly Coarse both personally and work related for at least 10 years. Im not understanding why someone is making these accusations about her. Kim is a very hard working dedicated mother. She's always been. Im familiar with the customer service company in which she runs. Kim's business has always been conducted in a professional manner. In my experience working with Kim, I know the customer service office only operates by appointments, the only calls outgoing are to people whom may have missed an appointment or needs one rescheduled, they do not do out bound calls for sales or marketing. I feel bad that a good persons name is being dragged through the mud. I hope you all can find out who is doing all this and have it resolved.    

There is no axe to grind here. This was copied and pasted from another similar website last week. I think anyone who is making money off robocalls saying they feel harassed is very funny. If Kimberly isn't involved what is her customer service for? If your being sabotage or having your id stolen and companies in your name would you then have customer service for that ? I think if anything has been learned today it's that one of these guys is probably her business partner and equally as guilty. So maybe "Pete" is the coconspirator his name keeps coming up and her own sister used the word gulit .

From June 2009 I have been using this tag on this and other sites go back take a look. Others use this to stay anonymous but all anon post aren't mine. If someone plans on posting a story about you on a website the source should be obvious once you read the story .

to anon/mjones2373 or whoever else: First I would like to clarify, I am not n. mathers...as you seem to be replying to them as if they were me. I gather this because once I looked on here I saw the message from n. mathers which explains why the email you referenced above that you sent me was entitled failed detective. lets go back to the first communication you sent me on Dec 22 from a text me number with the same tag line (mjones). in this message you were referring to an accusation of previous sexual partners of mine (that was not accurate like most of the information on here), in which you called me vulgar names and said due to your "suspicions" of who i was with you were going to make it your mission to destroy myself and my businesses. Around the same time people started getting these phone calls and began calling my company, emailing and calling my cell phone very upset stating that I was the one calling them. After researching my name several people came across this website where a list of numbers was posted in connection with myself. There has been information posted regarding current or previous businesses I have owned, old business partners, a landlord, 800#'s..etc. You have recently emailed me after thinking that n. mathers was a post put up by myself, with pictures you took from my instagram of a basketball game i went to on Jan 26th. You stated that I was the worlds dumbest criminal and that i made the case a slam dunk after sending the pics to the judge. If this is not someone with a personal vendetta against me then I don't know what is. I had no choice but to reschedule my court date due to a previous arrangement in which I absolutely have documentation to back up, however as I said in the email, I would have rather not waited that long to postpone it. Those tickets were also purchased for my sons birthday and to have someone use that and make it seem as if i avoided court to go party in miami is up surd. you have made it clear that you will stop at nothing to destroy me by any means possible however the one thing you do not have on your side is the truth. Allow me to address some of these accusations and clear up the questions that so many have after I have been framed for this scam:
do i have a previous arrest record? yes. I was arrested for petit theft when I was 18 for stealing a shirt from the mall. a young and dumb mistake. was i arrested for disorderly intoxication when I was 20. another young dumb mistake. lets now dive into my business/professional background, which the people on here with real concerns are interested in.
YES, i have worked in the telemarketing industry for YEARS. Not the most glamorous of businesses to say the least and I have met some really awful people in the business. I did sell the lower interest rate program approx 7-8 years ago. agreeably, this service can be a tool to take advantage of people HOWEVER, I was never associated with such an organization even though I know they do exist. This is when I met the man you are referring to as Pete Wright. We did in fact have a "relationship" however it was a mistake on both parts and ended. Everybody makes mistakes, I am human, and I am also grown enough to admit to mine. I never intended to hurt anyone and am remorseful for doing so. Moving on....I then started a fulfillment company with William Rivera. For those of you who are not familiar with the terminology, what I mean by fulfillment center is the company that actually provides the service to the people who are sold by telemarketers. (some of us actually do try to help people). Basically, once a telemarketer makes a sale, they often use a different company to actually do the customer service and provide the service to the people that were sold. I owned that company for about 2 years and then decided to shut it down and begin on my own. And NO, I never had anything more than a business relationship with Mr. Rivera. Currently I own my own fulfillment center, again, providing customer service and servicing clients. What we do to be more specific, or did prior to 11/25, is actually schedule the appointments with one of our advising staff for them to try to meet a guaranteed savings to each customer. Based on their current debt and interest rate, we guarantee to save them a certain amount in interest and finance charges through several different methods. If we cannot save them the guaranteed savings we refund their money in full. Can we help everyone, absolutely NOT! But those that we cannot we refund. One thing that any of the sales rooms I have ever worked with will tell you is that our refund rate is one of the highest they have worked with and this is because we DO NOT rip people off and if we cannot benefit them we return their money. Does this mean everyone is happy all the time, NO....go to the BBB and look up Wal-mart or any other organization and you will see several complaints. One thing you will notice about our complaints is that we take the time to reply and satisfy almost 100% of them. Unfortunatley it is true that many people out there take advantage of consumers trying to make a quick buck but my company has several check-points and restrictions to try to make sure people actually have the possibility of benefiting from our service, such as age limits, debt restrictions and so on.
As for my recent arrest: I was actually leasing the front part of an office of mine to a telemarketing room. This room was raided due to not having a license. Because I was the one on the actual lease I was arrested and charged as well. I was originally charged with Owning/operating a sales room without a license (which has since been dropped) and also employing sales agents without licenses, which is now employing or affiliating with an unlicensed sales room. I have nothing but respect for the justice system and Im sure they didnt drop a charge without doing their own investigating first. Since this has happened and "someone" texted me saying they would stop at nothing to destroy me and my businesses people began getting these harassing phone calls. The person who is doing this is trying to make it look as if I am operating as a sales room and sending false evidence and getting people to complain to the state departments in hopes of it crippling me in court, in which i look forward to. These sites are usually a great tool to find out who is harassing them or about recent scams however it has now been set up as an instrumental vehicle to try to sabotage me and hurt me at whatever cost.
To those of you being called and harassed by these people:
Many of you have emailed me or even called me or my company and I have spoken/responded to several of you explaining what is going on. Please keep in mind that when you call back the numbers that show up on your caller id's they are not working, the people who you speak to when they call you eventually hang up on you, they keep calling you. However when you call my customer service numbers, a representative speaks to you, tries to explain what is going on, gets the numbers that call you and any other helpful info so we can turn it in to the proper authorities. I myself have spoken to several people who have called angry and upset. I have had death threats, been called every name in the book, even had people come knock on my door....WHY would I continue doing something that has not only put myself but my son in danger. As my sister said, theres no amount of money in the world that would ever be worth what i have been going through all over a personal vendetta. I want to know the person doing this just as much as everyone else. I myself have contacted the authorities and told them what is going on and given them the phone numbers.....WHY would I do something like that if they are linked to me? As mentioned above, I have listed my HOME addresses for many of my businesses, simply because I have never had anything to hide. I am actually one of the only or very few people even on here that is posting under my real name. If you want to know something else about me or my businesses I am requesting that the person behind this reveal yourself, meet me face to face and lets get to the bottom of this and your motivation behind it all. Anybody who has been contacted by these people, please help me find out who is doing this and lets stop them.

The personal attacks will stop and not be repost by me. Please be aware a few sites popped up in October and November just a lot more since a face was put with the calls. Public notice posted in December someone name sleuth has been posting since late October. You actually have pages that go back until 2009 your number was posted then. I can tell you that someone in your line of business has a axe to grind because the calls still continue today. I did not post the homewrecker website but the world is full of crazies and you have people who hate you but other who refer to you as hottie. So I would give that little or no merit .

To anon... If this is true and your only goal is to stop these posts then HELP me find who is doing this. I believe it began to me in late November or December. I have been fairly successful in what I do and most importantly doing it the right way, morally....so I can understand people not liking me for that but I have hundreds of personal references, some who have known me my whole life, some for just a few years, that will speak of my character. I have spent LOTS of money hiring professionals to track down these people and will not stop until the true identity of whoever is doing this is found. So I am asking you again, if you are trying to stop these calls then work with me on this and not against me.

I will help you I have already. The reason you can not put an end to this is because you are looking in the wrong direction. I can't speak for Public Notice but other then speculation about relationships it was about the calls not personal just and effort to track the calls down. Go back read the post for months we did not think you were even a real person just a paper trail. The reason the stuff was posted today was not because of anything you posted. In the process of reaching out to these people or trying to some people have not taken so kindly and one in particular has threatened to do everything except kill my mother for posting their information so for that I wanted to turn up the pressure and see what she/he could tell us. Before you reached out I live on the West Coast but if you would like to fly out I have no problem meeting you in a public place and sharing information.

To anon: (as u know) I live in orlando. I am terrified to fly, actually never have! I will be setting up an email and phone number today to be contacted specifically for this. I will post it on here once it's all set up so we can exchange information. The emails posted on here currently get flooded with threats and such daily so I would like to have one for this specifically. I do believe that in some way I know the person doing this and hopefully once I know the source that has been feeding some of the info then I can hopefully identify the person doing this. I do believe I know the person doing this I just don't know who it is. That is why I feel it would be helpful to know who has pointed people in the direction of reaching out to people supposedly linked to me in a personal way and who has made the accusations regarding my personal life. As I mentioned in my explanation, I received a very vulgar text on December 22 from someone who vowed to destroy my business and life due to their suspicion of who I had relationships with. On dec 23 all of my information was posted on here and the harassment to others and myself intensified. If any of you has been contacted my an mjones2373 please let me know, this is the person who began this with threatening me and has now turned into this.
As for my house being blurred out, I wasn't aware of that until I went on here and quite frankly it scared the life out of me! I have even tried looking into how one would do that or why it would be done but haven't gotten anywhere yet. Honestly, with all the death threats I receive daily, I thought someone else had it blurred cause it would be perfect to cover up a murder.
As for the 407 number here, I've had it looked into and believe it's located in winter park Florida and provided by tmobile but haven't found the owner. My sister actually called the number and when she did get someone on the phone she said he was yelling and telling her to suck his....
As for calls, I myself was getting a number of blocked calls daily, someone was also using an app I believe to call me and another company at the same time so when I said hello they said hello and we each thought the one was being called by the other. I don't know if it was the person behind this or an angry consumer who went on here and saw my cell number and decided to mess with me because they thought I was behind messing with them.
As for the green power group: this was a company set up to sell an energy conditioning box to businesses via outside sales (no telemarketing) however I struggled to get a team together and didn't have the time to dedicate so was put on the back burner. I will have that number taken off so people do not harass the new owner.
I'm not sure if you can remove your comment but if possible can you please take down my information? I have now gotten a phone and email set up just for this so people can message me or I can explain what is going on.....as many people still threaten my other emails without reading down to my explanation.
People: please post the number that dialed you, the time and if you want, private message me your phone number that was called. There is one main communications company that 90% of the advertisers doing this kind of dialing use and I'm reporting all of this to them so they can hopefully track down the abuse and shut them off.
