This number has called me numerous times and never responds when i answer the phone. It's rediculous

called  asked if my name was Nancy Cage I never responded and slam told them no and they where attempting to collect a debt supposobly for Capital One. There is a statuary which I looked up time debt is no longer valid in all the states up to 8 years ; The debt was over 18yrs ago and it is no longer valid . I plan on suing them for false threats the woman wouldn't stop talking told her to shut up and no I wasn't Nancy Cage and she got verbally abusive.
