I receive about out a call a week from Rutgers asking for a donation.
I have number on auto block so my phone doesn't even ring when they call.
Why should I give my hard earned dollars to an organization that "wastes" money on non-winning teams, then hires head coaches that make millions a year and now they want to build a new stadium too...

Calls all the time , non solicited to my number. We are on no call Govt. list. Rutgers is slime

This number has been calling me for over  week at different times during the day.
I have number blocked so phone does not even ring but still...can they give up after like fifteen tries an no answer...

I didn't even go Rutgers so they must doing random calling.

I gave generously to the parking ticket fund

Just got the call however he said I was an alumni and made a donation back in 1998. When I stated I never attended the caller said "oh I see your husband attended?" I said "no he didn't".  He stated he would take our names off the list.  Scamming!! Watch where your sending your money folks!

Got this call on my cell.  Caller said they wanted to ask me some questions about my experience at Rutgers (trust me, they don't want the answer).  I told her I didn't have time, then marked the number as Rutgers fundraising.

I blocked the number. I donated $25 every year, but they still keep bugging me to donate more. Look, I paid 48k over the 4yrs I attended Rutgers. On top of that, the state provides good funds for research/education and New Brunswick also pays for security/infrastructure/sewage/etc all from tax money. $25 is all I can afford annually, and I'm at the point that I won't even donate that after this bugging. I'm giving that money to Children's Cancer Research and Muscular Dystrophy Association $25 apiece every year henceforth. Those places have never bugged me for money and those kids surely need research funding much more than Rutgers bugging me daily for past week calling from the 2008 number.. Blocked - I suggest you all do the same, give the money to a charity of your choosing NOT Rutgers. Rutgers, you just lost an alumni. Best of luck.

Many calls no messages

I worked as a student dialer at another school I went to. We left msgs and even if they did not pledge still talked to them. I liked it a lot but a very different vibe then RU. But nothing like the RU screw

Apparently a Rutgers robocall, number id'd here but not by the caller on recording the "missed call." Wastes (at least) a half minute recording space per call, a form of consumer abuse too especially as there are (so far!) this morning 6 of these empty calls diluting memory/memo space.
