Started get call the call ID said it is from NRFOLKZON2 VA but the message left was from B of A. The message was from a nasty sounding lady telling me she has important bussness to discuss and I need to call back by the Close of bussness

Actually, by law they can call everyday (including holidays) between your local hours of 8am and 9pm.  I have read the Federal Fair Credit Practices Act and it unfortunately does not limit the number of times that they can call you per day.  I wish it did.

I think it is Bank of America-I get calls from 8 am to 9 pm from them.
I do not answer. One time I did and it was dead silence.
I find it very annoying. I do have an acct with them but...it is annoying as hell that they keep calling. I think they are trying to give people heart attacks. I decided that I am going to report this to "Divison of Consumer Services" - in Florida. I think I can also report it to the BBB. I contact Bank of America by email and told them to stop calling me- they can contact me by mail or email. This is everyone's right!

Do what I did after tolerating 10 calls a day for months. Just tell them you have a hat with everybody's name that u owe on a slip. Tell them u draw 2 names a week and pay those bills that were picked at random. Next, tell them that when you get a call from one of them that their name comes out of the hat for the next week. Finally, ask them when the last time was that they received a payment. Let them know that this is how long they've been harrassing you. ALWAYS tell them that u are recording the conversation first thing....even if ur not. Let 'em wonder, it keeps them straight for the most part. Most importantly, don't let them know they're getting u upset. That's exactly what they want. I tend to cuss a lot and laugh uncontrollably, Take over the conversation, turn the tables. If they keep talking over you, then start making fart noises or burping. Singing your fav song to them freaks 'em out too. F*ck w/ their head, and have fun doing it. Peace.

It is not Bank of America. They may be trying to get personal information. DO NOT ANSWER

Constantly calling.

I get calls from this number several times a day. If a person doesn't allow called ID to be displayed, they can leave a message for me. These people don't. They just keep calling.

We have gotten harassing phone calls from this company under from many different
telephone numbers. This one with the  757 area code is a new one. What we do is
block them through our phone company. We are in Credit Counseling and these
people, who by the way, received a LARGE amount of stimulus money and the CEO
just retired with more money for his retirement than we will ever see in our lifetime. They refuse to cooperate with our Credit Counselors, so let the calls
come, they will receive a message, but not our voices, now or at any other time.

this number calls everyday about 20x's a day. how can l get their number to stop callin? is there anythin l can do? their beyond annoyin!!!!

Bank of America card services... what they want to do is set you up on a monthly payment plan to pay off whatever it is you owe them. I personally have used their services before WHEN I HAD A JOB. But after a long time of not having one and enduring the calls constantly I can say it's annoying.

They are legit. I had a really high credit card bill that eventually got closed. They asked how much I could pay monthly and set my payments to come out of my checking at a certain time each month. At the time I could only pay $50 so they will be reasonable. Anyways, when I get the funds I'll let them know, but for now this crap is annoying and seriously needs to stop. They know how the economy is!

This is the number from the Bank of America; to find individuals who have had credit cards and other money matters i.e. (mortgage payments) with them and have fallen behind in their payments. Also they are not stating they are calling in attempt to collect a debit. This is against the law now; they must state their reason for calling, before asking for information. You don’t need to talk too these individuals or there contracted collection agencies

I receive call frrom this number about 5 times a day but they never leaves msg.  I think this is unethical and harassment they need to stop

this is BOA...they have been calling me constantly...but when I do answer, they always say they "value my business"!  if they value me so  much, stop calling me!

Folks, this is NOT Bank of America. They claim they are but they are not actually associated w/them. They are phishers/scammers who are trying to get you to give them personal info so they could run some $$ off you.

I just got hit w/this today. I saw on my work phone that they had called several times late last night & then this morning (never leaving a message). When I finally picked-up, the guy said I made a payment w/my BofA MC credit card (which I never use actually) & that the payment only went partially through. He then asked if I would like to go ahead & pay the rest of the payment now.

I got suspicious b/c of a few things:
- I never gave Bank of America my work # (& I have changed jobs a few times since I first opened the account & never gave my work # to them ever) & I got these calls @work. I called the guy out on that & then asked to speak to his manager, after which he politely said of course & then put me on hold for a minute or so.
- If it really was BofA calling, they always leave messages if they can't reach you. And they always call my home phone b/c that's the only # they have on file for me.
- I'm a New Yorker (born & raised) & am always automatically paranoid lol! :-)

I hung up & called Bank of America customer service & told them what happened. The guy verified that everything on my account is in order & all my scheduled payments were 100% processed/cleared. Nothing was amiss.

Someone needs to put a stop to these f*ckers, they get away w/murder!!

I've had calls from this and other phone numbers multiple times a day for the past few days. Every time I look them up, everyone seems to think it's Bank of America. I've never had an account with them. Seems like the general consensus is that BofA does not own this number or any of the others calling me. Something fishy is going on, so I will continue not answering and hopefully they'll eventually stop.

Got a call from this number, and while it very well may be Bank of America calling, the message they left was not in any way professional. It went something like this: UGHHHHH! *click*

Just received a call from this number... called it back and it's "Card Services"...used to be a Wachovia card, but now it's FIA. Yes, I'm late on payments...out of work for several months and have told them this repeatedly. We are still trying to catch up and it is TOUGH!! Best bet is just to answer it. The calling 10 times a day and hanging up thing is VERY annoying.

This people call all the time but don't leave message. Do you know who they are?
