Annoying calls, no known affiliation with this company.

This is another number for "Card Services" which keeps on using new numbers every week to harass me.  I'm really SICK of it.

even if u've been on a payment plan, they still call. one part of the company doesn't know
what the rest is doing. They are disorganized.

I get these calls from time to time. I don't answer it and they don't leave any messagrs. I'd wish they stop. I wonder how they got my number and who they are. I don't know anyone on that state and don't have any business in that state either.

To any and all:  Yes, it is some affiliation of BoA.  If a person has an account with them, they can call every day since they are under the umbrella of "original creditor."  The phone calls will eventually cease, usually after 180 days, at which time they "charge it off", meaning they take it off their books for income tax purposes.  They may keep ownership and farm the account out to a collection agency.  Or, they may sell the account to a Junk Debt Buyer, who may then call the person, or the junk debt buyer may farm it out to a collection agency, who will call.

The good news is that when an account goes to a junk debt buyer or collection agency, all a person has to do is to write a letter stating that he or she cannot be contacted by phone, period.  No more phone calls.  Lots of info on the website:  Creditinfocenter.com

Actually federal regulations allows them to call up to 20 times per account number per day. You have to request the actual DNC address or fax number to mail or fax a written request with the account number on it to cease and desist all future calls to you. By law they are supposed to provide you with that number.

If it's the original creditor, they can call.  However, there is NO federal regulations that "allows" up to 20 times per day.  That's pure nonsense.  Their calls have to be "reasonable", cannot be construed as "abusive".  Their calling hours must be within an appropriate time frame of between 8:AM and 9PM.

If it's the standard collectiion agency or junk debt buyer (who is also considered a collection agency), then a letter to them telling them to stop calling, will cause the phone calls to stop.  Collection agencies are guided by federal regulations as to what they can do or not do.

I am getting a message from this service.   They tell me to call 877 733-6734.   When I call the message is Sports Information Center???

Calling says from FIA important call to return to another number from this one 1-866-752-9115 and if with Fank of America they already have a letter from me so should be no calls coming when they know.

Just got a text from 757-701-4980 saying this: "Lost a lot of numbers from my contact and don't recognized the number.  Who are you?"

Someone constantly keeps textn Me and calling talking about a Facebook Lottery and that I won a million dollars.. However I'm suppose to send $287.00 to FedEx but no address is mentioned.. Their is a couple of Ppl involved saying their agents for Facebook.. I know this sounds like a scam so becareful..
