These people never stop.  I am now being called by another one of their many numbers.  They called me yesterday at 1:30; called today at 1:49.  I never answer and was hoping they would figure out no one will answer and stop.  I too have file complaints with everyone I can think of.  I even got a letter back from the FCC, which was a bunch of BS.  Why is it that no one will shut these people down?  I'll be if I were making all these calls, I would be in jail already. As a side note, I had 11 missed calls on my home phone yesterday; 3 unknown, 2 POLITICAL, and the rest from Credit Card Services.  I wish they would just give it a break already.

I am also on the do not call list and they keep calling me. what is the point of the list if it doesnt work?

Just received a call and they hung up when I answered and line is busy when I try to call back. Typical coward scammers.

The Do Not Call List works just fine in keeping legitimate companies from calling you.  Unfortunately, the people who continue to call with these bogus offers are crooks who couldn't care less what lists your number is on.  That's why when you ask them to take you off the list, they just hang up.

We constantly get this same call on our landline, but this is the first time I got it on my cell phone.  It is the exact same voice that Bank of America has on their Mastercard customer service greeting.  I assume it is Bank of America since they also call their rip-off credit card customer service as "Card Member Services".  Perhaps I am wrong and it is just a good imitator?  In any event, the irritating voice talks about lowering my interest rate and press one to discuss it with a customer service representative.  The canned voice does not say what they are offering, though...  lower credit card rates, lower mortgage, or lower what?  Strangely, the call disconnected itself after going through the spiel. Makes me wonder if it is a spammer just checking to see if the phone number is active?

Their computer will dial multiple phone numbers, the first one to answer is put through to their operators.  All the others get hung up on or dead air.  These guys are probably a well oiled machine.

Just got a call on my cell-phone from this number. They hung up, but the call came within a couple of days of me giving Yahoo my cell-phone number as a backup.  What a stupid idea this was to give out my cell-phone number.  I have enough problems with my landline.

this number called me today, recorded message said to press one to find out how i could lower the interest rate on my credit card and I did not recognize the credit card as one that I have.  So, I pressed one to find out more info.  A woman came on the line eventually and asked if i was interested in lowereing my intrest rate.  I asked her what credit card it was for and she hung up. hmmm

Called left no message when I returned the call it says it is disconnented

Have limited calls on my cell and these unwanted calls take away from my phone credits. WANT THEM TO STOP!

Not only do these %$@#%#$@% call me at home - they now call on my GOVERNMENT Cell phone burning up my minutes.

I received a call asking to lower cc rates.  I am on the do not call list and do not wish for calls. Thankyou
