Primer Bank is a credit card where you have to put a deposit down to get a credit card.  This phone number 760-483-3761 is posing as a California States attorney. Claiming to take me to court for international banking, check fraud and deceive practice.  I do not know what is going on but I will not stand here and be yelled at on the phone accused of doing something I did not do.

i got a call from that number today, and all they do is harrass me about some charges that i have against me that make no kind of sense. but i just wanna make sure that this is a scam, because they kept talking about sending someone to my place of employment. please write me back and let me know what you did in this case?

i got the same message, and they yelled in my ear to, i couldnt believe it. what have you done about them?

they said that I'm being sued and that it is the states attorney'ds office told me to ask for Kevin Peterson.  And his name is jake hobbs.
