    I was able to get an agent on the line.  I told them to remove my number from the auto dialer or they will be reported.  The female agent said "Well that sure as [***] isn't gonna happen. F#ck!"  then hung up on me.

    They do not have to buy a list.  Area codes and prefixes are available.  They just set the robot to start with (###)-###-0000 and increment by 1 to (###)-###-9999.  They have no idea who they are calling until you give them that information.
