Called me at 850pmdance on my cell. No message left

Received a call from(767) 275-9196 @ about 7:00 pm (PST).
Barely rang once.

Did not answer this unknown, no caller ID number.
Could this be the DO NOT CALL center just pulling our collective legs?
Frustrating and troubling as to becoming a potential scam victim.
Keep your guard and wits up everyone.

Got a call from 767-275-9169 at 11:44 last night haven't been sleeping very good but was out of it when this call came in rang twice I answered it no one was there got servile call like this before from a different area code but out a of a county from South American. They have no respect at all.

Call my cell # at 5:30 am ring once then hang up .

rang twice, no message; did not call back, ROT (rule of thumb) don't call back, if it's that important they'll call back; remains unknown

Got two rings and a missed call at 1:52 PM Eastern.

This is freaky weird.

I got a call that rang for like 2 sconds and hung up,

i have no clue what or where that is!

Received call from this number today on my cell around 1PM showing up as Dominica. No message.

I also got a call around 11:30cst last night from this 767 #...Apparently they have been running rampid with their calling twice and hanging up with no message left...My cell is also on the DO NO CALL Registry. If I don't know the #, I don't answer and unless it's a local #, I won't call it back...UUUGGGHHHH!!!!

Do you think this has to do with data stolen from Target?  I unfortunately shopped at Target during the data breach, and I am now getting calls from random numbers, including this number just now.

Just got the call from 767-275-9196. Same as everyone else. 2 rings at 1am then a hangup. Do NOT call back. This is obviously just spam.

the phone indicated a call 7:53. never return unknown calls. Reminder to those complaining they are on no-call: The US has no control over foreign calls.

I was sleep had a missed call from this number

Get calls from this number and no one is ever on the other end. Now that i know this is from the Dominica I will NEVER answer again! Difficult to block them as so far they have called from 3 different numbers.
