This number called my son's phone and I called back thinking it was a company and somehow it ran my bill up almost $400... still fighting with Verizon Wireless

Everytime this kind of one-way call upon this nonworking number is being provided as "Dominica" while random calling silently out of the blue without saying anything especially to my cell phone without my permission, now this kind of automated voice recorded message such as "Hi, there. This is Ren from the voice activation department. And we're actually calling because your business is not appearing on the five major voice platforms. We just need to verify" is what this unknown caller seems to be hiding from everyone they're automatically contacting out of the blue?!  I don't know who you callers are for this?!, but if you're seeing this message?!, I don't care if you choose to not like it!

This unlisted number from "Dominica" calls and hang up on every number in which their (VOIP) Voice Over Internet Protocols dials so fast in sequence out of the blue which I found VERY ANNOYING and then VERY SURPRISING as this voice recorded message says to offer me a deal on my "AT&T Universal Card Services" in which this caller seems to be hiding?!  CAN NEVER UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS CALLER'S PROBLEM IS?  VERY SURPRISED when I was able to call them back on the REAL  "AT&T Universal Card Services" REAL working number such as 1-888-285-9696 and let them know how annoying this voice call has been especially by choosing any hour on any day to make this unknown silent call like this out of the blue as well as to hide the voice recorded message about "AT&T Universal Card Services"!
