This number is registered to a Cesare Zannini and Joanne Zannini from Port Saint Lucie, FL.  Not sure how they got my cell phone number but obviously it is a solicitation.  I do not answer calls from anyone not in my contacts so not sure the nature of the call and really don't care.  Just know this is not MEDCO as other posts have indicated.

Just got a call from this number and it says MedCo Pharmacy on the caller ID.  I did not answer and they hung up when my machine picked up.

Have been getting 2-3 calls a day for close to 2 months, never leave messages and hang up when I answer .  I started calling the same number on my caller ID and have talked to 3 different so called supervisers on three different calls and all have said my number is NOT in the system. I am not a costumer so WHY ARE THEY CALLING ME OVER AND OVER!!!!!!!!!! I have even been told a ticket number to tell a "superviser" if I get more calls....It does NO GOOD...I was even told today that this number (1-772-335-4498) is not one of their numbers that their numbers start with (1-800)...This is getting very old...any help????

This number is from Medco. Your health insurance company most likely uses them for prescription administration. They are either offering mail order drugs at a discount or a generic alternative.  Both of which save cost to you or your health insurance company.  They cannot leave a message due to HIPPA privacy laws of health insurance.  I don't like the calls either, but I called them back and got my prescription at a discount through mail order instead of picking them up at the pharmacy.

I actually work for a major health insurance company who uses Medco ... keep in mind that this call, although a pain, will probably save you a few bucks.

I have also been getting calls from this number (never picked up) and finally googled it to come upon this site!

I also received a call from them, and they never left a message. really the way i see things is that if it is important enough, people should leave a message if it is regarding something important - instead of calling back from other odd numbers to solicit more weird insurance/prescription plans. It freaks people out, you know? This is why I never pick up my phone if I don't know the number.

Got repeated calls from this number for the past year, same problem as many, no one on the other end.  Calls stopped for a long time then today the number called again.  I answered and it was MEDCO, my prescription benefit company wanting to set up a mail order prescription plan.  I agree they need to work on their methods of reaching out to their customers but it's actually a good deal if you get to speak to a person....

Same has happened to me.  They continue to call. Don't answer when you say hello.  Don't accept phone calls back.  It is EXTREMELY annoying.

Oh yes this IS MEDCO, I called the no. back and MEDCO answers!  They have called my several times in the last few days, their callers are abusive and intrusive, and demand personal ID information before they will talk to you, and refuse to take your number off their call list without personal ID information - and this is a company that wants business????  They must be joking.

I suggested maybe when we answer and the line clicks off that there is something wrong with the line the company is unaware of.
