For quite some time this number keeps calling my home phone for no reason. They dont leave messages and I dont pick up. I am on a do not call list but it doesnt seem to matter to them.

It's Medco's Generic Rx program.  They want to entice you to get generic prescriptions and get them through their mail order system.  

Problem is, generic meds for the most part are ok except there are certain medications that are better BRAND.  Such as Flexeril and Ambien.  I don't want to be locked into generic.

I found it after getting numerous calls from the ...4498 number and now have one of their direct staff lines - and voice mail for after hours....

an obnoxoious medco representative wanting to speak with a subscriber about benefits based on the current plan.  wanted to no if there is a better number to contact the subscriber at as if we would devulge another number to someone on the other end of the phone when it comes up as Florida (not medco, not liberty, not medco pharmacy)..

either way, when you say well send it in writing you get the abrupt thankyou & hangup.

If you call Medco Pharmacy at 1-866-830-3883   you can request to be put on a do not call list that they maintain.  trying it right now.  We'll see if it works

After calling me 6 times in the past week without leaving a message on my machine, I finally pick up the phone this morning when they call and they hang up in my ear without saying anything! As another poster said, "Jerks!"

This is the correct number for Medco.  I use their services and have for a few years now.  A scam company is calling under the guise of Medco's number.  Medco has not control over it.  They have reported this thousands of times.  In fact with each complaint they get.  I just got a call from them.  When the guy hung up on me, I turned around and called the number back.  I spoke to my account rep...at that number.  She said there would have been no reason for them to have called me.  She informed me of the scam going on.  I work as a fraud investigator for a worldwide shipping company.  I did a little digging in my system and found several thousands of complaints.  I was able to track down where the call came from and right down to IP address that is being used to generate their call list.  So, this might be TMI, but I thought I would just pass this on.  I hope it helps.

Got a phone call, missed so I check my caller ID & it was Medco, so I call back the women is a total [***] says she didn't call me/ I say how did I get your number?? She go's off & ends up hanging up on me,/ so I call back & say well I won't tell you what I said but it was not nice

Called no message.

If this number keeps calling, report it at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.  I've received several calls from this number.  If they keep calling, I'm going to report them myself.  I'm going to wait so I can collect the times/dates that they call from my caller ID and have some backing when I file the complaint.

772-335-4498 calls 1 or 2 times on random days. No message is left and I haven't bothered answering.  Must not be important.  According to what others are writing (MEDCO and what not).  I don't know why they would call me.  No message = not important enough for me.  cheers

I was called 2 times by this phone number, never a message left.

this number calls several time every day. Only a recording comes on no live person ever. It say "to accept press 1" then it hangs up!!! Please report them!

I get calls about twice a day from this number it it is driving me up a wall. When I answer it is silent.

This is MEDCO pharmacy. They want the information of the caller to remove the phone number from the list. I have called to have my number removed 2 times now. I refused to give them any caller information and told them they had an incorrect phone number. They are really getting on my nerves.
