who the heck is this? they call twice a day everyday.

Received a call from Joanna with a caller ID of 773-902-1130 on Christmas Eve. She asked me if I could "take care" of $1,600 owed to GE Capital. Asked her for the SSN of the person that owed the money. She provided the last 4 digits and I informed her that she had contacted the wrong person. I tried to give her advice on how to contact the correct person, but she said "No, thank you." and disconnected call. Why not hire collection agencies that know how to use Google (or other search engine)? I can locate the person they're looking for in less than a minute. Why don't they use the free internet tools available and stop harassing people that don't owe them money?

Got a call from this number saying they were Nicole from a law firm name Buzz & Cadinia or something. It was a voicemail and have no idea why they would call (maybe someone I know has overdue debt or something).. but either way, not me, and it is annoying. These jerks need to learn to not bother people who aren't involved.

I have recieved about seven or more calls from a Law firm name Budzik Dynia, when they call they will give me their name but I can't remember their names .There have been about five different ones calling for another lady and using my phone number. I answer my phone they tell me what they want with this person,how much she owe on a seals credit card. when I told them that I was not that person, they threaten me to bring charges against me for answering my phone. There was a man call me this morning at 8:11 0:clock,I'm tired of them calling my phone and talking nasty to me because I"M not the person they calling for. They're harrassing me and i'm tiried of it. WHAT MUST I DO?

Received a call twice from this number. First time they left a message to call back but did not give any information about why they were calling. I'm thinking it's some type of collection scam because I don't have any unpaid debts

A woman Tianna Smith constantly calls my cell phone number. Uses the 'attorney' card and implies that I or my attorney should call back. Don't know them, have never done business with them or anyone near Chicago. Can always tell an law firm has a weak case when they constantly call a person and even call bad or old phone numbers looking for someone. If they had good info, they'd just file suit and force a person to have to deal with them in court. These guys are clearly attorneys taking the path of least resistance.    Also... the woman sounds awfully uneducated. Poor grammar, heavy inner city accent, etc.

Just had Glenda? give me a call. Had my maiden name and wanted to know if I had the papers that I can take them out. She thought I was married to John. Clearly wrong number but not sure what she was trying to do. The number that called me was 773-902-1130

is 8am on Sat. I just got a call from this number. I think the guy meant to hang up when the machine picked up but it didnt disconnect so I heard an entire conversation with him trying to sell 2.5 oz of drugs and trying to set up whom ever he was talking to with a Young as he said very young girl. So basically these debt collectors give our personal info to criminals... That sounds like a lawsuit right therte

Glenda keeps calling my work. Have told her before to not call that number. I turned her in.

Just recieved a call last night identifying themselves as calling from a law firm for my ex husband.  Very rude and nasty.  Isn't this illegal?

No Message left...just a lot of noise on the other end.

Got a call from this number, 773-902-1130. Woman identified herself as Gyzette from the Attorney's office of Budzik & Dynia, calling on behalf of Bank of America, attempting to collect on a debt. Something about they being retained by BOA and working on a "Pre-Legal Status". She asked me to pay some astronomical amount of money. I said no, and please prove to me who you are. She said some legalese stuff, then disconnected.

Left me staring at the phone, thinking to myself, "WTF?!?!"

they are a law firm trying to collect a debt that has long ran out of time and is no longer showing up on your credit. Do not talk to them or they will restart the clock and have another 10 years to try to collect.

These people are zombie debt collectors. They harass people on debt that they don't owe or  is past the statute of limitations. They buy accounts for pennies on the dollar hoping to bully and harass people into paying debt they don't owe or are no longer liable for. The will continue to call forever just block the number or don't pick up. They don't want to go to court with you b/c they know they have no case as the statute is up or your no longer liable. I know people that have gotten these calls and they were in "pre-legal" for 9 months. No legit law firm keeps something that long in pre-legal without actually filing a case against you unless they really don't have a case. They will keep calling however for the entire 9 months. Eventually they get tired and go away as they realize your not a sucker.

"Attorney" Israel Garcia with Budzik and Dynia Called my office looking for someone who has not been employed with the company for 4 to 5 years! I told them the person no longer works there etc they would not let up asking if anyone with the company had anyone of contacting them and insisting someone could get in touch with the former employee.

I agree with the above messages. This number shows up on my cp twice a day. Not contented, this number calls my landline as well. Who's number is 7739021130?

I get calls from Budzyk and Dynia and I tell them I am waiting for my bailout/stimulus and offer to trade my shares of General Motors to get them off my back. I also offer to invest some of their assets with Goldman Sachs and Bernie Madoff. Sometimes when I answer the phone I say that I am the butler and the master just left in the Rolls Royce with the chaffeur to go buy some grey poupon but I will gladly give him the message when he returns because he most definitely wants to settle any debts. I really look forward to getting calls from these nice folks and it gets me really angry when one of the maids answers the calls.
