Just got called on a goverment cell phone.  This number needs to be turned off

Got a call today from 775 562-0197.  I am always very cautious not to give my cell phone number to just anyone but somehow this number got a hold of me.  First a recording in spanish told me I had just won 1000 dollars and to hold for a live rep who would assist me in claiming my prize.  (I happen to speak spanish) I held for a second and the rep greeted me (not by name) and told me again I had just won  a prize.  That's when I started asking questions.  I asked for the full name of the company or corporation because I had never heard of it as the rep kept saying some official-sounding name, "National Department of Prize Givaways", then I asked for the representative's name and I'm sure I got a fake name.  The rep had asked me when he greeted me for my full name but I only gave him my first name....     When I asked how I ended up winning 1000 dollars, that;s when the rep told me it was by using my credit card AND asked me then to "confirm" the credit card number for him.
I told him I was not about to give a perfect stranger my credit card number and I soon found myself hung-up on.

I just got call from 775-562-0197 (Reno, NV) and picked up - obnoxiously loud Spanish recording. I don't know Spanish so I hung up. Thank you for the info Dino!
