I got a call from this number this morning.  Looks like a BC number.  I am from BC
Called the number and a recording says:
This is a survey call ,you can delete your number from the list by pressing 9.

Got a call this morning and didn't answer. Praise iOS 7: "Block caller" and they have to come up with a new number to bugger me!

Same here, in Vancouver. The Telecom companies are screwing with us again, with the big help from the Big Brother.

Just got call from this number as well. Ignored it.

Got me as well - my carrier is Rogers who are notorious for handing out numbers.  May answer next call in order to find out more (or just to vent)

This number just called me twice (in a row).  Wasn't around to answer it but I'm blocking it now anyway.

Didn't pick up, no message left.  I immediately called the # back and it says "You were called to participate in a survey and the survey time has now expired - Press 9 to be removed from this survey list"  These calls are getting out of hand! :(

Edmonton - I just got the same call my iPhone says its from +1 (1) (778) 654-3240. I declined it, no message left.

Just got this call in Winnipeg, came here to see what the scam of the day was and it sounds like we got some free trips to the bahamas lmao.
