I got messages from this too.  But people - please! - stop posting things like "please stop texting me".  It's not like the people sending you these messages are reading the posts on this site LOL!  Who are you pleading with?  Who are you cussing at?

I tried calling the telephone number 1-888-322-5558 for Open Market and it is no longer in service.  I went to their website (http://www.openmarket.com/contact-us.html)and looked up their contact information.  I called the number 1.877.277.2801.  I had to press 0 to get to the operator and of course it said none were there.  So I left a message with my name and number telling them to stop sending spam text messages to my phone or I would report them to the Better Business Bureau.  So I guess I will see what that does.

go to WWW.FCC.GOV, download the form and file a complaint against this organization.  It is the only way to stop them from harrassing us.  If everyone who gets their text spam did it, the FCC would crack down on them quickly.  If you take the stance that it is someone else's responsibility to do so, then you lose.

I received the same message as someone above: "Foreclosed homes from $8k-$12k your area!Gov't credits and cash avail. For free list call now."

I was given a number to call (866-673-3920).
I called this number and was also denied the complete legal name of the company I was speaking with. "Foreclosure Network" and "National Repo Network" are not the complete legal name of the company.  My request for a postal address was once again denied.  They also wrongly informed me that my cellular company had provided them with my number.  I called back and managed to speak to a supervisor who gave me the name "2econd meta, llc" but would not give me a postal address, direct contact number or any other info.  This supervisor also confirmed that the story about my cellular company giving them my number was completely false.

I used google maps to find the contact information for 2econd meta, llc which is: 3018 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX‎ - (512) 407-9433‎

I encourage anyone who gets this text to file a complaint with the FTC.  This can be done very easily online at  esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

What you guys need to do is call your cell phone provider and they have a tool to look up and see the company that is responsible for signing you up for these types of services.  The offers you see are just advertisers and are NOT the people that are actuallly sending you this message.  The company that sends this is called B2mobile Llc and their phone number is 1-888-322-5558.  You must respond to the text message with the word "STOP" and it will unsubscribe you.  Do not send anything else to them like "please stop" or "i don't want your offers".  The only way to unsubscribe is to send the word "STOP" to them, nothing else.  After that, you need to wait a few days and call your cell phone company and have them check and make sure you haven't been charged any premium services from this company.  If so, have your cell phone provider refund you the money.  If your cell phone provider refuses to refund, then escelate to a supervisor.  Your cell phone company 100% has the ability and the authority to refund these charges.  Do not accept any other answer from them other than a full refund of any charges that these scam companies are putting on your bill.

This is the 2nd unsolicited and unwanted text message I've received from this number.  I filed a consumer complaint with the State of Washington Attorney General's office when I received the first one.

I did not ask to have any text messages sent to my cell.  I am on a no call list.  Feel this is a violation.

I've gotten the same type of messages several times.  At the bottom of one of these messages it said that in order to opt out of receiving them, to text STOP to that same number.  Well, I did that and I got a $10 charge on my phone bill and I'm not even sure these messages will stop.
