Left a message of them just breathing and load noises in the background..... I know no one from Florida I believe these people are just wanting to get information about you and steal your money.

They have been calling me sporadically for months on my Missouri cell phone, even called my mom's cell phone scaring the crap out of her saying they were the sheriff's department and were looking for me. I have never taken their call until today (I have always let it go to voicemail, and they never leave a message), until today I answered for the first time because I'm sick of them calling. I said Hello 3 times before a female voice asked for me by first and last name, to which I replied she had the wrong number. We'll see if and when they call back. I am pretty confident they are calling in regards to an 11 year old discharged debt which is past the statute of limitations!!! They are slime.

This is done sort of scare tactic scam. I received a message staying out as urgent and needing to verify my address as official papers were coming to my house.

However, they neither addressed me by name or have me any case file. This had to be a scam. Do not call the1 800 number they give you.

There is nothing official about this call.

I got a call from 786-522-1527.  A missed the call but they left a message.  A female Amy O'Neal said she was calling from Private Servicing Division of Accu File and they were looking for me to serve me with papers.  She said they would only make two attempts and for either me or my attorney to call back to 1-800-340-5219.  I called and someone picked up the line but did not answer, just stayed quiet.  I wish they would've answered  so I could give them an earful of garbage and not let them talk, just stay on the line while I talked to no end.

My husband just got a phone call from a Amy O'Neal said someone filed a complaint against my husband and papers are being sent out.  This is crap it has to be a scam.

I am getting continually voicemails from this Amy O'Neal.  Today they even called my parents house for me.  I have no outstanding debt and I am really sick of these people calling me 3 times per day for the last 4 weeks.  How can I get this harassment to stop?

I got a call from 8557673702, a "Barbara Johnson" called saying that someone filed a complaint against me, and someone will come by with paperwork that I need to sign. She said she was from Accufile.

Just received a call for the second time from Barbara Johnson of Accufile. she stated she has documents scheduled to be delivered to my home and there'll only be 2 attempts made to do so. The call back # is 855 767 3702.

same here, she called again today I told her to get lost that she was ridiculous. I know its a scam
