Today when I received this call I asked who is this, was given a personal name that I couldn't understand, not a business as I was expecting so then I asked where are you calling from and again, he sidestepped and said Florida, not a business name.  I then told him to take me off his list and his only reply to that is it is "not his job to do that".  He then hung up.  

I am on the do not call list so they are obviously disregarding the rules of the list.

I have been getting calls at home from this phone number several times over the last week.  When I pick up the phone, they hang up almost immediately without any conversation.  I thought, at first, that it was someone checking to see if anyone was home.  Imagine my surprise to see all the web pages complaining about this phone number.  I'm guessing that who ever has my number is just waiting for the wife to pick up the phone.  Good luck with that.

Our phone company has call-blocking number (*60). Your phone company may have some similar service as well. Follow the instructions. You can use it to block this number. I got this call too a couple of times and called my phone company about the harassing caller. They told me how to block this from bothering you again. I would suggest you add this number to your blocked list as well. It takes about 1 minute, but will give you a much longer peace of mind. Of course I'll find out if it really got blocked soon!

We got a call from this number the other day about a timeshare that I sold years ago. My wife just hung up. We are on the no call list. How do they get around this??

They call me about once a week or once every other week.  I don't pick up long distance calls or 800 number calls that I don't recognize.  If I'm by the computer I will usually Google the number to see who it might be

I can always tell it's someone inquiring about my timeshare when I see the 786 prefix.  I always tell them I have it booked and they hang up immediately without even saying "Oh okay...have a good day".  The real hacker is some various American Companies are paying workers off-shore to call and harrass us all.

I got a call from this number today, did not leave a voicemail.

The more complaints that are logged, the more the government can do to prosecute these companies.  I've gotten calls from 800-224-8606, 786-347-6129, 714-689-0256 and 443-345-1636.  All these numbers are "dummy" caller id numbers.

Sunday 9:00 am.  Answered the phone, and got a recorded message telling me to hold for a call.  Then a man with an Indian accent (Indian as in India, not Native American) says "hello".  Excuse me, but didn't you just call me?  He identified himself as Xavier, and said he was calling about my timeshare.  He did mention the timeshare company by name, and he knew my name, so that makes me a little nervous wondering how he got this info.  Anyway, when I asked Xavier if he knew what time it was, and what day it was, and he chose to be silent, I chose to hang up on him.  I will be filing complaints with donotcall and fcc.

I have recived many call from this number 1-786-347-6129 about selling my time share I told them if they wanted to buy it, it would cost them 1 MILLION DOLLARS . The person on the other end called me a a$$hole maybe he won't call me anymore.

I keep getting harrasing calls from this number. When I ask them to take my name off their list6, they state: "We will not take your name off our list"

This person called regarding "your time share".  When told he had the wrong number, he quickly hung up.
