I am receiving calls from this number on my cell phone. I do not answer since I do not recognize the number. I am on the do not call list for both my home and cell phone but it still continues.  I am sick of it.

They call all the time how can I get this to stop

Calls all the time and leaves no message. Gotta be telemarketer.  Calling back gets no answer so you cannot even tell them to stop calling.  Anyone know what this is?

Got a call from this guy asking about me selling my time share.  I told him that I changed my mind and that I was going to keep it.  He told me I COULDN'T change my mind!  And he began to argue with me!  Who are these people, this kind of harassment is horrible and we need some way to put a stop to it.  They will not tell you what company they are calling from and then they hang up on you.  It’s modern day prank calling by the rudest people.

I got a call from 786-347-6129 asking me about a timeshare for sale.  I asked him who it was that was calling me and he told me his name was Michael McLaughlin from New York City.  His company was Grundrukkol Control... which I assume are false names.  He said his boss' name is Kaven Carter (or however you spell it).  When I asked to speak to his supervisor he said "They're busy right now."  I asked to speak to the owner and he said "He's not here right now."  
I asked him what can I do to get my name off of his phone list and he said "disconnect your number."  I told him that I wasn't going to disconnect my number, that my number is in the National Do Not Call Registry.  His attitude was fairly "I don't care... what are they gonna do to me?"

I've received several calls from people asking me about a timeshare.  Each time I've asked them to take my number off of their list.  Most often they just hang up on me, but this time the guy stayed on the line and decided to be a little confrontational with me.

They have been calling/harrasing me for many weeks now.  Each time they call for Ms Morrison and i tell them they have the wrong number.  They are calling about my "timeshare".  Then I tell them I am not Ms Morrison and do not have a timeshare, please take me off of your call list.  Which they do not, I will usually get another 2 or 3 calls each day!!  I have tried to get contact information many times and given a bogus number (which I dial from another phone while they give it to me).  The last call back number was 1-888-466-9456/guy supposidly named Mordin.  I also got the Grundrukkol name once.... Today I told him I asked different questions like where they are from/he told me California, then I told him my caller ID said FL/they said that that is where the call center is... then I wanted to speak with his manager/that the number was once again fake, he hung up.  They usually will hang up once you start asking questions.
They also have been very rude and threatening/once saying "I'm not afraid of you.  Who do you think you are asking me these questions?"

Makes me wonder how these low-lifes can earn a living by pestering people then hanging up on them.

This # called yesterday (Saturday) morning at 9:00am and Sunday morning at 9:10am.  No swearing or laughing, just asking if I own a timeshare.  I told him the first day that we're not looking to sell it, then before I could say 'please take us off the list' he said 'how about renting?' I said no, please take me off the list and hung up.  He called again this morning, now I'm aggravated - I said I asked you to take me off the list yesterday and you didn't, take me off the list or I'm reporting the calls and hung up.  After reading the above comments, I'm going to report him even if he hasn't called the 3 times yet.

Yea, this is a company who is calling me about selling my time share.

Well, I don't own a time share; never had.   Because of that, I certainly never would have 'requested a salesman contact me'.

And yea, they are calling my cell phone, using up my minutes!

Got a call from this joker Sunday morning. No message left.

They've called between 9:00 and 10:30 Eastern time for the past few days.  I never answer, they never leave voice mail.  I report them at donotcall.gov every time they call.

so today I get a call from the [***]. When he asked me if I would be willing to rent or sell my timeshare I told him I would give it to him... He then said , "F*** You!" and hung up... LOL... Now whenever I get those calls I am going to do the same thing and keep them on the line as long as I can... then laugh in their face!!!!

called and asked for the owner of the timeshare and didn't give any name until i asked about 6 times and they had our last name. i get calls from people asking about timeshares from different number quite frequently. obviously phishing......

Just received the phone call from +786-347-6129 on my cell phone.  I have had problems with time share agents, to the point I was threatening to sue my time share company for giving out my information.  I did get that stopped some months ago.  Have had no problems until now.  The message started "please hold" and immediately, someone called me by name and then hung up. Just tried to call back.  Got the message "this international call cannot be completed."

I received 3 calls just today, the first one I said hello 3 or 4 times then hung up, the next two times about 30 minutes apart asked me to stay on the line for an important call. I tried to recall the number to see who was calling and the number said it was not in service.   If it is a time share company like some of the other comments above, they have called me before, they want money up front and your credit card number.  I have been scammed with this type of stuff before don't do it! They take your money and do nothing for you.  No way to reach they and no way to get your money back.

Not sure if anyone is paying attention to the entire number. The number that came up on my phone was: 011 7 863 47 6129.

It seems to me that the number is coming from Tyumen province in Western Siberia. Go on Wikipedia and read about the province.

Probably someone whose bored as hell with nothing to do except make phone calls.

We got a call from this number today, 9/20/09. A male with a Middle Eastern or African accent...wanted to know if we were interested in selling or renting our timeshare...when we said we were not interested...he laughed and said "for a $1.00 we could take your timeshare; this is the FBI". When I replied, "my husband is a "police dectective" and has many associates in the FBI you moron" he quickly hung up.

We are also on the Do NOt Call list, but this number called us TWICE today.  The first time he called, he was asking for my mother.  I didn't catch what he said the first time b/c of his accent (Middle Eastern or Indian or something foreign), so I asked him to repeat and he repeated.  I said, "sorry she's not home right now" and he just hung up without letting me get a chance to ask for a message.

He just called AGAIN 5 minutes ago.  I quickly picked up b/c I was just on the phone with my mother and I thought she was calling back, but it was the same guy asking for my mother or my father.  I quickly said, "sorry they're not home, may I ask who's calling?"  He didn't hang up and mumbled something that sounded like "Rom Costa" and I asked him to spell it and he mumbles a spelling and mumbles that he's with such and such company and I asked him to spell b/c I didn't catch what he said and he acts like he doesn't know how to spell (even though he just did) and hangs up.

I don't get it, who is this guy?  Is he a guy stuck at some telesales job struggling with English or just a jerk getting a thrill of hanging up on people?  I noticed from the two previous posts that he struck at least two other households and apparently the number is from Russia.  I really hope some sort of authority figure catches this guy and puts a stop to it.

Has anyone ever tried calling him back?

Calling re my RCI timeshare-- haven't owned an RCI timeshare for years.  When I told the caller I did not wish to discuss my non-existent timeshare with he became verbally abusive/profane.  I hung up on him.
