this number is sent to ur phone by someone who as used ur number & something called a gamer tag which is used in xbox’s And PS4 and tried to scam u to get some free v bucks which is fortnite money. it has happened to me too so when you presss Y it instantly takes the money out of any contract the phone is linked to however if u ignore it will just go away.

Boku are the people who handle the transactions for Facebook Spotify etc  all of which are hopeless in solving crime.
Boku.com if you enter your mobile number into the customer transaction area after entering a pin it will show you any transactions or subscriptions that has been charged on your phone. From their portal you can cancell subscriptions and block your phone from being charged used the services.
