I recieved 2 calls from them today.  They claimed to have a "long distance call to put through" clearly misrepresenting themselves.  I filed a complaint with the FTC and my local attorney general.

I called the number back and they identified themselves a "SBCS". I told them I had received several calls to my cell and I wondered what it was in reference to. they said they were trying to reach some other person and i said i had no idea who it was, she said she would remove my number! she was actually very pleasant!!

funny because i am a collector and u are only semi right, yes ok some of them are true debts but let me ask u a question LOSER, If u owed a debt and say something happened and it was put on the back burner u forgot about and now this company is calling you 3 sometimes4 times a day and sometimes even b4 the legal hours u can call trying to collect on a debt that has charged off in 2000 and by the way statute of limitation way expired. would u pay?? your probaby will say yes so u dont look like an [***] but we both know you really would not pay it ... so get a life you posting on here will not make people change their minds and call you to pay the bill because its obvious you work there...hey here is an idea find out how many times your company has been sued

received a call today, woman on the other end pretending to be an 'operator' and said she had a 'long distance call' for so-and-so. I asked "who makes collect calls these days?", She responded: "I said long distance, not collect"....oh well....I asked them NOT to call my number again and she said, "I will let the party on the other end know that this is a wrong number"

Received a call from this number- The man kept asking for someone who does no live here.  He got really rude  and won't identify himself when asked who he is.  When I asked to talk to his manager, he hung up.  Was very argumentative with me.-

I got a call fromt his number, it was a lady saying she has a collect call from "habib" - i couldn't make out what the last name was. I said i'm sorry i don't know that person. She verified the number and it was in fact my number. i told her this is a company phone and I wouldn't be accepting collecting calls anyways. she said the caller already paid for the call. i said i'm sorry i don't know this person Habib. I told her my number is new and was just activated two months ago so i wasn't sure how this Habib got my number. The lady asked for the number to my headquarters. i said i couldn't give her that info. She then asked what my corporation was called and again i said i couldn't give that information out and hung up.

Rcvd a call from 800-220-2018 and the lady asked for my husband and said she had a long distance call for him. After I said I have a block on my phone and don't accept long distance calls, she told me the call was paid for by the other party but could not tell me who was calling. She asked if I was the wife and I said yes and asked again who the party was and that I would talk to them and I was promptly disconnected.
These people are trying to collect on a credit card debt and I have informed them I have never had a credit card. I have requested proof of the original debt before and all they send is a made up invoice from their company, not from any credit card company.
So who do I need to report them to, the FCC or the do not call directory?

I kept getting this number on my cell phone and then finally a message from "Trey" with just a call back number and an extension.  I called them back to see what was going on.  The guy started out ok - just asked for "Bob Smith".  I said oh, Bob is my husband.  Big mistake.  He then proceeded to badger me about Bob's whereabouts and claimed he had a mastercard debt from 2000.  I told him that he could not call this number, it was a private line.  The guy actually yelled "I am not going to allow you to tell me how to do my job."  It was strange, because I never got angry, it was kinda funny.  I asked him how he got this number and he said it was the number Bob gave them.  No.... Bob didn't know me in 2000.

This number calls every once in a while.  Funny thing is...they ask for someone with the same name as me, but the middle name sounds like they are saying "apple" Well I know that is not my middle name and it doesn't even sound close to that.  What are they up to?

This company (Federal Bond Collection Services) calls daily.  They leave a message to call them and sound borderline threatening.  I closely watch my credit report and know that my credit is good.  Therefore, I refuse to return their calls.  As another post states:

"They are an extremely sleezy collection agency based in Philadelphia that specializes in trying to collect very old debts known as time-barred debts."

    Numbers they call from:
    (866) 594-8667
    (800) 220-2018
    (866) 594-8651
    (866) 594-8647
    (866) 594-8639
    (866) 594-8669
    (866) 594-8641
    (866) 594-8671

Don't call them, and report them to the Do Not Call Registery & FCC.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number several times before I called them to inform that the person they are trying to call no longer has the number.  A month later a called came in from the same number and left a message on my cell phone that had a lot of static within the message.  I returned the call from my cell and some how was disconnected during the conversation, so I called back from the business phone and I let the female know that the person no longer have the telephone number.  She asked for the number and I gave her the info.  She looked it up and found a do not call status and then she lied and said that no one called the number and got an altitude and hung up.  I have the message saved on my cell phone.

I am receiving phone calls from this number and I am unsure who it is or why they continuously keep calling all phone numbers associated with me and my family.  The caller, Kevin leaves his extension number and claims the nature of the phone call has to do with federal bonds.
