- kyrhodes17this number along with the one's everyone else has listed has called me fourteen times in the past 3 weeks and 8 of those calls has been within the past week. I do not answer any of them and they do not leave messages. All I can say is whomever is calling, they are persistent and they are also wasting their time!! I'm sure it's a debt collector as everyone is saying. I filed for bankruptcy almost five years ago and I still get calls from debts that were discharged!!

- fiveforjc| 1 replyMy phone has been ringing off the hook...don't have caller id but know its the same people. I somehow get calls from debt collectors all the time however its not for us. We pay everything we borrow on time (before 0% interest is over). So to get them to stop calling I usually end up having to give the last 4 digits of my social cause the name usually matches mine but the d.o.b. and last 4 of the social do not.
Anyway so for this last one that has been calling and calling they finally left a call back #. The guy did ramble the initials of who there were and then just the number and ext. (800-220-2018 ext. 4115). I called it back (prepared to give out no personal info but to simply say I am not who your looking for so stop calling). So I get this guy on the phone after dialing the above ext and he say how can I help you? I asked how can I help you since you guys keep calling my house? He asked for the phone number that is being called and after giving it to him he said "hold on". I hear him loud and clear taking another call saying "hey Tray here, have you started working on my jag yet? First I thought "you have got to be kidding me", "I'm being put on hold (after returning his call) while he takes a personal call. But I thought I will listen for a couple minutes and write down what I hear. So I know now the guys name cause at this point I didn't even have the name of the place just some _ _ _ s or something??
So he continues saying things like "well I will pay you either today or next Friday, and I want to to give the $300 for the front but also need to come up with a quick $900 for the rear....so this is going on for a couple minutes now and at this point I am thinking "he is loving the fact that I am letting him keep me holding and this is ridiculous, I don't have time for this. So I say hello? and he continues with the other conversation saying now " what about the pain the job?'
This is where I thought I don't think so...I shouldn't of even had to be on the line in the first place let alone be sitting there holding. Now I was worried that it may have been one of those numbers that you call back and your charged for every minute your on the phone so I researched the number and found this place. This is how I know who they are now. Anyway not much but another message on these dorks and how they operate. Since I hung up, in the last half hour my phone has rang at least 6 times and no messages are being left??? Ridiculous!- Caller: FBCS

- NancyThis compnay has been calling my mother's house and I don't know how they got her number. She is very upset and I know that I will have to get some help with this. I know that company's that want to talk to you should not "EVER" involve your family especially and older person who gets really upset so I guess some kind of action wil have to be taken.

- Deadbeat replies to consumerCongratulations. It must be nice to be Gods' gist to society. For those of us whose companies downsized us and can't find another job, I just want to say your arrogant, insensitive comments and your elitist attitude are disgusting. When I had a job, I paid everyone on time and had good credit. Sometimes, stuff happens and people suffer. I hope you never get that way because eating your words can leave a very bad taste in your mouth. You must be very young and uneducated to use the words you used. Perhaps you'll mature some day. I doubt it.
- AY replies to consumerIf you are truly successful and happy there would be no need for you to try to needle people that more than likely are receiving harassing calls from collectors for someone else. Tell the truth you are probably one of the slimy workers at a collection agency trying to collect from families of a deceased borrower or debts so old people have no way of proving they already paid. Grow up...get a moral compass and get a real job.
- Arnie replies to consumerI hope that very soon you will file for bankruptcy, or even better, you will loose your house (in case you have) and your job! That is what evil people like you deserve!
- BbI called them back and said I am reportinging them to the "FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION", .and was told "hold on I will transfer you to a supervisor" .The "supervisor" said he was very sorry and has removed my Phone number from their list.
Now I am waiting for the phone to ring !

- honest responseI know an individual who works for this outfit. This person brags about gaining the trust of people he calls and that in the few short months since he has been there he is one of the top collectors. Getting to know this person as well as I have, I have no doubt that he has done well in this environment. It takes a sleeze to work in a sleezy place like this. Whats more amazing is that this person owes the government well over $30,000. This slimy place really should do a more thorough background check on their own people! It saddens me that these people are out there scamming hard working people who either never had this debt or settled their debt already.

- John DoesI believe it's the same people. The approach is different. I get a recorded mess. asking a name prompting to press 1 if correct or 2 not correct, I have never gone past that point:.. to Mr. Consumer Bighead Whines about whiners. The way it works is Once the original creditor drops the collection... it would be labelled as charged off, bad debt. or account closed. They have all ready written it off. The creditor will recover through tax deduction if they have made a profit or written it off of their own profits as a loss which is still deductible. Collection companies bid on the receivables of a company, which does not include debts, bad debts,or charge off's. They then have the right to go after receivables owed the Co for a certain amount of time beginning with the first co. say 30 days past, 60 days past, 90 days and so on.. Got it? At least if you are gonna act like your better, get your facts straight and don't just spread your BS! If Anyone here needs info it's all on the web. How else did you get here? also good tutorials about straightening out collection co's. are on youtube.com..Search: improve credit rating. Send out dispute letters and get negative items off. There will be no calls once these are off.

- Not getting any money from me replies to omg-u-lusrsI guest you think you sound cute by posting that statement. but if it is our debt why not sell it back for the pennies YOU brought it for.
- Reality replies to consumerI'm glad that your life has gone so smoothly, but stop judging everyone else because it makes you sound like the whiny one. "Real" club indeed... I'm sure you've had some bad things happen in the past but obviously you've managed to overcome them. Most likely you were able to do that with other people's help that you either refuse to acknowledge or didn't even notice at the time. Some people haven't had your good luck, and it is definitely luck that gets one through this life, so get off your pedestal and let the rest of us deal with our own lives the best way we can manage with the lot we've been given.
