Caller  calls and hangs up. Does not leave message

The caller asked for my daughter by name. When I asked if I could take a message for her, he said no, this is RBT. Then he asked if there is a better time to call to reach her. He had a slight foreign-sounding accent of some kind. He was not rude or anything, but since I don't know what RBT is and after reading posts on this site, I am concerned about what the call was about.

These idiots called me today, since I had free time today I just entertained myself with the "survey" all kinds of ridiculous response like 40 ppl live in the household and they all speak 8 different languages. Hopefully, this idiot was not able to call 100s of people for those 30 minutes. All cable and internet companies got 1/10 in my survey too. Those [***]!

Have received 3 calls today on a Sunday.  also, had calls yesterday.

These calls are getting worse and worse.  You answer and they say nothing. The 'No call list' is a frigging joke.  Thank God for call blocking!

Calling after 8pm, clearly not a legitimate or proper business etiquette company.

Caller called twice today and hangs up when the answering machine picks up

They call 4 to 5 times a day here in W.Va.   I have a   PANASONIC 3 station phone with CALL BLOCKING.    They NEVER get thru.
I highly reccomend a Panasonic   250 call block  phone sold by Wal-Mart.,,,,love It,,, Love It.

I bought a ATT cordless phone that lets me block up tp 330 calls.  It's a model cl4940 and was around 30 dollars.  there are other makers that have the same type of set up.  If the call a 2nd time I bock them

Called but did not leave a message.

Calls twice a day. Message recording only has motor humming noise then disconnects.  Seen one report about this number , stated that they are hackers.

I received a call from the number.  I called it back and a recording said that it was a political and marketing research and was exempt from the "Do Not Call" registry.  IF I ever talk to a person, I can ask to be removed from the list.  So far several calls, no opt out option and just the lengthy recording when called back.  What a joke!

 It rings three times and they hang up.  They have called as late as 945 p.m.
Called this morning, when I answer hello, they hang up.  Got 7 calls in the last 2 days.
