    They call my cell and now my home number. I put a Free App on cell phone called. True caller they cant get through on it. But you need to update it regularly to stop these calls.  It works

    Dave, this was extremely helpful. Thanks. I had just purchased a new cellphone with a new number, and this was the first call I got. A quick phone call to get the number removed from the list appears to be all that was needed.

    The first call I got on a newly-registered cellphone was this one. I immediately checked online to see what it was about.
    Dave's information was perfect -- I called CIBC and had my new number removed from their list. The rep apologized and said it should take a day or so to take effect, so fingers crossed! Otherwise she said to just call them again if it persists.

    I am unsure why you keep calling at ridiculous times and on the  weekends, yet leave no message.  I'm giving you notice that if it continues I will press for harassment charges.  Your tactics are disgusting and invasive. If it continues I'll change my home phone number.  You are not above the law.

    all on the same day, they call,it rings twice and hangs up never ever ever leaving a message

    they call every day at the same time, from different numbers, caller id says cibc but after two rings it hangs up, if you answer no one is there and a message is never left

    they want the funds owed to them..dodge the call but in the end they will get their money back one way or another..time and patience..they dont call random numbers only contacts that are behind in payments or not paying. deal with your woes people..only dogs run with their tail between their legs :)

    I have had 6 calls in one day from them july 4 2018
    It clearly stated they can make only three contacts in a 7 day period.
    Harassment does not change ones financial situation..

    The caller did not identify herself of from where she was calling.  The first time, the caller did not even know how to pronounce the name of the person she sought.  The second time, just minutes later, she asked if she had just called.  I have a short memory but that's priceless.

    Claiming to be calling from CIBC, been calling my nephew for the past months. Caller's been informed that my nephew  does not deal with CIBC but still insist to discuss "matter of urgency". The person refused to hang up.
    Went to Canada's National Do Not Call List site, registered my telephone number and filed a complain against this caller/number.
