Just wasting time.
CIBC bank is OK!
CIBC credit card is no good.
They care about correcting money.
They don't care about customer's credit or trust.
Don't use CIBC credit card they will lie to you.
They lied to me 2 times.
There didn't care about me.
They think they are King.

Just don't use credit card they don't care about us.
I asked about '' you don't care about customer right?" And he said " I am here to help you"
But that help means try to help you how to make a payment. They just want money not customer.

I do not bank with CIBC and never have.  This number keeps callin me 3 - 6 times per day.  I will not answer 800 numbers and they leave no message so it can't be important, but it is extremely annoying!

Call from CIBC representative was not professional and looks very suspicious

My business receives calls from this number several times a day. The caller ID says CIBC but there is never anyone there. Most annoying!

Will never bank with CIBC ever again. After they went digital, the customer service over the phone with CIBC and in the bank branches are really bad. It's going downhill. CIBC wants be to stay, to late. Not happening at all. In the process of changing banks.

I believe this is a Scam trying to get your info.  Phoned on a Sat. afternoon don't leave a message.

CIBC Left message that I should contact them by end of the day for an important matter. I don't bank with this institute. The number they called is a newly added number from a third party. It may be a scam though.
