If that is the case, Sundance Caller, then give your spiel ONCE, and if it is rejected, CALL OFF THE HOUNDS! I have said several times that I am not interested, and still am plagued by calls at all hours of the day.

It may not be a scam your company is running, but they need to respect that "no" means "no."

In case after case of sales organizations that use the sweepstakes ruse as a means of skirting the Do-Not-Call regulations the FTC has taken remedial action. Why should Sundance aka SunScam Vacations be any different???

Consequently, you should file an on-line complaint with the FTC:

What a crock!!!  So you don't want people to Google your company???  I can understand that because there's not ONE good thing that will show up up in the search results!!!  Sundance Vacations promises everything and delivers nothing!  What I'd like to know is how you people sleep at night!!! There is a Facebook page titled "Boycott Sundance Vacations" --- it's an organization of those who've been victimized by Sundance Vacations and suffered a lot of mental anguish because of aggressive solicitations, lies and high pressure sales tactics used on people, many who are on the "Do Not Call" Registry.  As of this date, the "Boycott Sundance Vacations" Facebook page has 214 members who have posted nightmarish stories about their experiences with your company.  Their stories are extremely similar.  They can't ALL be wrong!!!   Everything your company offers sounds good on paper, but when anybody tries to collect on the "free" prizes they've "won" or the "discount luxury vacations" you claim to offer, it's a completely different matter.  Sundance Vacations is a public predator, a parasite whose lifeblood depends on the sweat off the backs of honest, innocent, hard-working folks whose only crime is wanting to enjoy something that they could not ordinarily afford!!!

    To the Sundance Vacations’ shill:

That’s a smokescreen specious explanation! The fact remains that most of those people should NOT have been called in the first place if they are on any Do-Not-Call lists.

For the umpteenth time, In case after case of sales organizations that use the sweepstakes ruse as a means of skirting the Do-Not-Call regulations the FTC has taken remedial action and have repeatedly ruled that sweepstakes entry forms, not-with-standing the alleged fine print disclosures, do not waive the consumers’ privacy rights under the DNC legislation. Yet Sundance Vacations aka SunScam Vacations, continues to defy the DNC regulations! What does that say about the ethics and integrity of the company?

    To the "Sundance Caller":

Your comment, "With the hopes that you MIGHT want to return to us to use our services" is an absolute and categorical lie!!! That's a lie and you KNOW it!

The consumer is told during the presentation, over and over again, that the "deal" is only good for THAT night. So WHY would anyone "want to return" to pay more and get less! C'mon, get real; our heads don't screw on!

You're a liar! The purpose is to cajole the unwary consumer to the high pressure sales presentation and pressure them to sign, what SunScam describes, as a non-cancelable membership! That's unconscionable!

    Typical SunScam Vacations' lying arguments!

I Hate Sundance Vacations! replies to Sundance Caller
Who are you trying to kid?  I checked out Sundance Vacations' website but I couldn't even post anything!  I never heard of a company whose website was not "public friendly".  The only reason all the posted comments are glowing recommendations is because Sundance has it set up to delete any negative comments.  I have a question for you, the "Sundance Caller:  if your company is so wonderful, why are you making offers to PAY people  to post nice things online?  Yea, that's right!  Explain THAT, would you?  Furthermore, the "pay" you're offering isn't real money, either.  It comes in the form of another "discount" towards your fictional vacation packages.  Just another offer that nobody can collect on!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recieved a call saying that I entered in a contest at a Rascal Flatts concert on July 28th in IL. However, I live in Florida and July 28th I was in Ohio. Kept saying that I should worry about identity theft if I was not the one that entered the contest. She told me that she was looking at the contest winning form. I told her to fax it or email it to me. She asked "Betty(the manager)" who supposedly was in the background. She took the fax number and never sent it. This place is for sure a scam. This female above saying the company is legit is full of it.

I am not interested in going to the Bahamas, so you can stop calling me.  You guys ambush people as they are walking into the game, they're excited to be there and you shove a clipboard in their face, talking a million miles an hour about winning something.  I swore you told me it was for a chance to win tickets to a future Blackhawks game.  Shame on me for not really reading what I was filling out.  Please, stop calling me.  I work full time and go to school and I have no time to sit through any presentation for anything that isn't directly related to work or school.  It's all I can do to juggle work and school in addition to keeping my house clean, going to church and spending time with my family.  You can offer your cruise to someone else.  I don't want to go on a cruise and I have zero interest in the Bahamas.  Thank you, but no.

Sundance  Vacations.  I never entered a contest and they claim I did at "Ringling Brothers Circus".  I've never even been to the circus!!!!!  I called them back, they are very rude, especially when I told them to no longer call me.

If you were indeed so open and honest, you would post the details of the "presentation" here in good faith. The fact is you know if you do this, you would get laughed out of the forum. The good thing about searching the web and finding the truth about attempted scams like yours is that it allows for open source information to act how it was designed. I am sure that doesn't help you, but that's democracy my friend. Suck it up. My advice for you would be to get out from under the miserable grubs you work for and get a job that you can be proud of.

    Please conduct yourself accordingly.

I got this call too. replies to RG
I do not believe these people to be scammers. Speaking to them was not the same as speaking to scammers.

This IS from Sundance Vacations. I DID fill out a form at a car show. They called me and told me I won, which they do that with every entry. They are a legitimate company following up on legitimate leads. (When you provide your information, you are giving them permission to contact you.)

If you participate along with a group of people in a face to face presentation with them, you do get something.
If I understood  correctly in my conversation with the Sundance Rep,  you will get a vacation package, but I believe you need to join their club or buy whatever it is they are selling.
They require you and your spouse to participate, so the key to getting them to take you off the list is to let them know that your spouse absolutely will not participate. Then they will take you "out of the drawing" as they called it. I asked them to also remove me from their systems. If I get anymore phone calls from them , I will post it here.
The people were doing legitimate jobs and they do have a local office and have had it for years in my area.

Got a voicemail from this number claiming to be from Sundance, that i was one of the few lucky people to have my entry pulled (which they say i filled out last month at one of their tours), and to return call ASAP. I never filled out any entry for anything in years. I don't know how they got my number. I wouldn't trust them. SCAM is written all over it!!!
