They keep calling my cell phone from this number. I don't have anything to do with them

Have been receiving calls all weekend from this number, even on my cell phone, and no one ever leaves a message.  The caller id only gives the number, but does not say who's calling.  Help!

JMc, I'm having a similar problem. My 13 yo son just got a cell phone, less than a week ago, and he's been getting phone calls from GE every day since then. I called them back myself this morning and talked to a very UNhelpful "customer service" representative. I gave them the phone number, and they claim it's not in their database. Really? Then WHY ARE YOU CALLING IT EVERY DAY?? Ridiculous. The best they would do for me is pass it up to their management. If it happens again, I'm answering the phone myself and talking to management right away. As a side note, what is with cell phone companies recycling numbers this way? That's stupid. What if you get a number that once belonged to a serious criminal? There are ways to trace cell numbers, and somebody who is mad isn't going to make sure they have the right person. Yikes.

I keep getting calls from this number a few times a day including Sundays. They never leave me a message so how can I know they're legit? I do have a Care Credit account but it's paid up to date.

i got a call from this number at work and they wouldnt leave a message. I have no dealings w/GE Money and NEVER have. don't take this call !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was called at 8:15 AM on Sunday morning.  No message.

Receiving calls up to 10 times a day. When I answer they hang up. I found out he number belongs to GE only by doing this Google search for the number. I simply do not understand why they call so many times and just hang up when you answer. I makes no sense at all.

BBB Accreditation: This company is not a BBB Accredited business.  BBB lists MULTIPLE organizations DBA this place.  They also list over 200+ different phone numbers they use.

It is GE Money: Rooms to Go.  My account is current and has never been late, but they do hangup calls 3-5 times a day 7 days a week to try and get the next payment early by autopay.

They should be prosecuted by the FTC for this harassment for no reason.

This phone # is from GE Money Financail, based out of El Paso, TX.  They also use the following phone #605-355-5648, 480-707-4006 and 937-534-2092.  They handle lines of credit for Walmart Crdt Card and most of the large mechanic shops sometimes jewelery stores that provide you with financing.  Most of the reps are from call centers in India very hard to understand due to language barrier!  They will call in the morning, afternoon  and night (3 to 5 times a day), sometimes they leave messages which is rare but most of the time they don't.

Have been getting call after call from this number. I have never picked up to see what they want. I do not have any accounts with them therefore I do not pick up

Make a directory on your kids phone titled GE and then set it to silent ring. You can also send a letter to your states attorney General.

I JUSSSSTTTT got off the phone with these ppl trying to make a payment over the phone, and after i was finish making the payment the guy in the other line says. "there is a $15 dollar charge for payments over the phone"  I literally said; FORGET IT!!!  I have my computer infront of me.   I have made every payment on time so far except for one that im guessing didnt go thru on time when i sent it, and this created a chain of non stoppable phone calls.  They even started calling me at WORK, i dislike that very very much.

My husband has been getting several calls fron this no and 3 other nos and they dont leave any messages or when you call them back the phone is busy all the time. They had asked him for info on his banking informations but we didnt give anything out. the other nos that they call from are 866 811-6701, 866 811-5706, and 704 527-8673. You cant understand a word they are saying as they are india people hat are calling.

Have received 7 calls today and tonight from this 800-292-7508 number wanting me to press any
number to take their call.   I do have a G.E. Care Credit account but pay ahead of the
25th due date as they messed up my account six months ago, so I always send in my
payment on the 5th of the month in advance.  Either they have a very poor accounting
system as I can attest to, or this has to be some kind of scam where you press any
number on your phone and they gain access to be able to charge monies to your account.
It is a very poor company to deal with.
DO NOT PRESS ANY NUMBERS EXCEPT END..!!!

Yes it is GE money bank for Care Credit.  They will call when your payment is late

Sometime in the past one or two months, GE Credit flipped a switch on their end and had the billing changed to 'paperless' (via. email).  It was only after a call was made to GE Credit that we discovered this, they stated that this was [they were] in error and that a paper bill will be sent out.  The history with GE shows several small accounts, paying additional along with the minimum balance, all payments posted on time and no defaults,

How is it that it wasn't discovered through email?  Can we say anti-spam protection?!  It probably went into the spam box along with all of the [***] enhancers, Viagra ads, and replica watch sales, which is summarily emptied on a regular basis, less the occasional mistaken email.

That said... this transpired on 3/7/2011.   Well, as you can see, by the date stamp of this message, somebody at GE Credit must have not passed this down the chain to indicate their mistake and the resolution.

If they continue calling, and since there is no sport in just ignoring the Caller ID message, I might have difficulty restraining myself from 'playing' with them, as I had done with the many telemarketers from several years ago.

OH Boy. Sounds like the empty field of play may have a new challenger coming on!!  I'm getting the dialogue scripts ready just in case.
