    They cannot legally call at 3 am. Contact ftc.gov. Consumer complaints. Strict laws about when and how they can call you. Tell them to send all correspondence in writing and to stop calling.

    I finally picked up and it was Synchrony Bank calling about a new Bargain Outlet credit line. 12 days overdue and their solution is to call 3 times before noon on a Saturday without leaving a single message.  Effective policy if your goal is to annoy new customers into making a balance transfer.

    In OR its saying the call is from Dicks Sporting Goods. debt collector.  This is a completely made up debt. I have never even walked through to door at Dicks Sporting Goods even before the closed their Oregon Store.
