I have been recieving calls from this number, asking to verify my social security number and date of birth prior to telling my why they are calling.  They say it is Central Financial collections.  Acts as if though they are collecting a debt, but I have no idea who they are or who they would be collecting for.

SICK AND TIRED OF THIS NUMBER CALLING ME AND NOT SAYING NOTHING. IT DOES MATTER WHEN THEY CALL I TRY TO ANSWER AND NO ONE IS THERE OR A RECORDING SAYS HOLD THE LINE ANS SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY....PLEASE GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This 800-300-7192 number left a voice message on my AOL Phoneline freebie telephone number which I've never given to anyone regarding credit cards, banking, financial stuff.  This has to be a scam if they are asking for your SSN and date of birth.

800-300-7192 identifies itself as Central Fiancial and then hangs up, some sort of harassment from a collection agency is my guess.

ive been getting calls on my cell phone too. i never answer but the voice mail doesn't identify how they are. what the hell?

This is Cenet, Central Financial Collections, a medical collections agency.  They collect for a number of hospitals, for medical testing done at their locations.  They are required to verify information to make sure they have the right party, asking for your SSN and your date of birth.  If you are getting calls from them, then your medical bills have gone past the appropriate time of collection with the hospital itself and they have turned you over to their collections department.  If you stay on the line long enough, you will reach a person who will be required to identify themselves and the company they work for.  Then you can decide if this is someone you owe money to or if the call is in error.

they leave a message as "Central Financial Control" but will not give any further info as to whom they represent, etc.  They want ID information from me adn no way will I give that to some scam outfit.

They are a collection agency but they don't have an accurate way of contacting the person who is in debt so they send out a bill to anyone with the same name and hope they get lucky with one of them. They have contacted me twice and were wrong both times.

They've been calling my daughter's phone ever see she got the thing, looking for a Carlos Navarro. I called them back and they said they'd stop calling so we'll see.

I am receiving phone calls of from 1 800 300 7192. I do not know who they are.
No message left.  There is no way to identify them.  How it is possible to stop these calls?

It's a scam.  A blanket call to see if they can get SSNs from someone.

This is a collection agency for Doctors, Labs, and Hospitals.

I stupidly answered only to wait fir a person to come on the line and say, "This call may be recorded...." I cut the voice off and requested thyey never phone me again.

If they're calling you on your cell, the best thing to do is add their number to your reject list.  They are a collection agency for medical billing.  Send them a Cease and Desist letter to get them off your back.

Got a call from (800) 300-7192 answered it, but no one said anything. Anyone know who this is?

It's Central Financial Control, they're debt collectors for hospitals. They've called me too, it's always a recording. Even when I press the number they request if you're not the person they're trying to reach, they still call. I just ignore it now. I don't owe any hospital, doctor's office or lab for anything, by the way. But they are asking for someone I've never heard of.

I have been getting multiple calls from this number, Central Financial Control, over and over again, ever since November of 2010. This exasperates and tires me DEEPLY because when they call they are looking for someone named "Valerie Harvick", and they have been trying to call that same person since November. However, they reach the wrong number every time, calling me instead of Valerie. This is a recording that repeatedly calls me instead of the actual person they're looking for. This number always call me at inconvenient times, such as during school and weekends or vacations. These are both times when my phone is off and I can't get back to them easily enough to confirm they have the wrong number every time they call. They call repeatedly, over and over again, no breaks since they started calling this past November. They will continue to bother me until I answer or call back. Central Financial Control is annoying! Don't they understand? These solicitors need to repeatedly pick on Valerie Harvick, not me, please.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the last six months. They are looking for a name that IS  NOT me!!! I have called them back at least 7 times and asked to be removed from their calling list since I have had my same number for the last 9 years! They keep telling me that they'll take my name off and then I get a call in the middle of a work meeting! I am sooooooo tired of this nonsense...they need to get a better system and start doing some research on the people they are trying to get a hold of. Does anyone have any other suggestions to get them to STOP THE CALLING!!!?!?!?!

They keep calling the phone but when someone answers it no one is there but iI called it back and I stayed on the line til someone picked it up and I ask them to block my number the next time they call I will have  a lawyer call them.. so stop calling me

Hi everyone. In my android phone I added them to contacts. In the menu I clicked OPTIONS > "Send directly to voicemail." That made me SO happy! :D
