This indeed is American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. (AHMSI).  They are a mortgage debt servicing company.  If you are getting a call from them it probably has something to due with a late payment on your home loan.

I have a mortgage serviced by these dodos, & if I had gotten the midification done in the they initially told me to expect an answer from them(21 DAYS), I wouldn't be in the pickle I'm now in!!  They finally got me a modification proposal after I was waiting for 6 months, & I had already gone to another Modification outfit a month before they wrote me. If I get the second proposal approved, I can kiss AHMSI GOODBYE!!  They only cut my mortgage payment by 20%, & my new proposal cuts it in HALF!!!  So, if you are getting nowhere with these jerks, i suggest you Google 'mortgage loan modifications", & you will find other firms that are really WILLING & ABLE to help you.

called 4 times in 20 minutes

These people call starting on day 3 of the month - even when you are not behind. They call about 6-7 times a day, I will not pick up the phone and am getting very aggrivated.  I'm not 30 days late, but I'm being treated like I'm 30 days or more late!  I'm sick of it!

I have over 20 calls from this number starting at 8:00am through 8:00pm. no message is left, just constant calls some coming 30 seconds after the phone has stopped ringing from their previous call.

i keep getting calls on my cell number, repeatedly i never applied online for any credit or mortgage or anything......

These guys are jerks. They call 5-10 times a day on my cell, work phone and home phone. They think they are slick and call the secretary and she forwards them to my phone... But I screen my calls. I called them back once to tell them that they were never going to talk to me in person again so they can stop calling.... the only English they knew was "are you going to pay the bill?"... in a bad Indian/English accent. I answer with a hello hello and that activates their system and then I put the phone on the radio for them to listen to. I must be getting to them because they left a message on my phone of a radio show that I set the phone on the other day....... My condo is worth 25% of what the purchase price was. I called and tried to do a modification and they gaffed me off. So I went and bought a house and they can take that condo and shove it.  I live in California so legally all they can do is take the condo back, I can live with a bad credit score for a couple of years.... There they are again, time to let them listen to KFI640.....

The call me, I answer and am greeted with 'please hold for the next available representative'.. IF YOU'RE GONNA CALL ME, AT LEAST BE ON THE PHONE WHEN I ANSWER!  I'm not going to wait for YOU so you can harass me!  (and for the next guy who wants to say 'pay your mortgage!'  I have a 15 day grace period.  my payments are SCHEDULED, THROUGH THEIR SYSTEM, TO AUTOMATICALLY come out on the 14th...)

Always start getting a call from these folks right around the 5th or the 6th of the month. We ALWAYS pay our bills (including the mortgage) every month between the 1st and the 10th like clockwork.  We have asked them to stop calling as we have never been late. Can never understand them anyway. Must be a call center from India. Wish I knew how to make it stop short of filing a lawsuit.  Anyone have any ideas as we have tried most? Thanks.....

Indian call center for american home mortgage services - completely and totally useless individuals who read from a script and can not answer any questions if not on their script. Talking to them is a complete waste of time

Do not speak to anyone that is overseas. They are idiots...I demand to be transferred to someone in the US. I did get a in house loan mod from them...took me 9 months and I finally dealt with a AMERICAN in Irving Texas that helped me. But I would not ever have a Mortgage with them again.

Just use a VOIP service and BLOCK EM!

Anytime, with any company, that you get an Indian or any other person from outside the US on the line all you have to do is say "I want to speak to someone in the US." They are obligated by law to do this without discussion. (Obama passed this). If they give you a hard time, get their name and report to the government. This also helps brings jobs home to the US that big companies, like AHMSI have outsourced to foreigners.

PS Republicans support outsourcing jobs, then complain there are not jobs. Democrats do not support outsourcing jobs.  Do what you think is right about that.
