I have had a mortgage with these people for years, my payment is due on the first of each month, they actually begin harrassing you on the 1st, 2nd 3rd...ect five fricking times a day...When you explain that the payment will be made this friday they want you to post date a check over the phone, the dont speak english very well, I usually have to have them repeat themselves many times before I can understand them..I am now trying to switch mortgage company's...

I stopped paying my mortgage.  Just like many other Americans have done.  You received assistance yet you weren't willing to help me out! Serve me papers like you are suppose to do, then wait in line.  There are people in front of you

They have sent me 2 letters and called me 3 times.  This is just 2 weeks after the grace period (29 days after the 1st)!

I have stored this number in my phone as "AHMSI-IGNORE".

If you ever want to feel important or wanted, stop paying your mortgage.  Doing this will surely get these guys to call you everyday!

Even if you try to do the right thing & pay the freakin' payment to these a55h01e5, they still call & write you forever, even if you are only two days late!! I got them to lower my mortgage rate to 2% for 5 yrs, & my payment almost in half- originally!!  I say originally, because they claimed they needed $50  MORE each month to cover the escrow balance after ONE month!! After fighting that to no avail, they upped the payment by ANOTHER $120/ month!!  Before the end of the year, I will probably be paying the same as my ORIGINAL payment with OPTION ONE!!!!! That is what I was trying to get HELP from this PRESIDENT FROM AFRICA!!!!  GREAT HELP, UHHHHH NOT!!!
