Someone calls me every morning, never answers, then disconnects.

I Just got a call from 1-800-335-8047, It was a 3rd party marketing company for Rogers
I called back left a message to be put on their "Do Not Call List" we'll see if that happens

Just talked Rogers and they aren't calling people

Just called Roger after receiving a call from this number and the person at Rogers says that they aren't conducting any phone calls or does the number show to be anything associated to there services

I just called them, and they said Thank You for calling SMT Direct. I hung up and will call again to piss them off.

Call all of the time.  Have told them to stop, but they still call.

Phone rings several times a day showing that number but when I go to answer it clicks "off".  After this happens a few days in a row, I called that number and it was a recording saying:  "This number has not yet been assigned.  Goodbye!"  then clicked off.   Very annoying... I wish there was a way to make it stop.
