I called ATT after receiving this call. turns out my credit was interpreted as an overdue debt.  The so-called debt collector could not answer any of my questions on my account.  I told ATT, if in fact this was one of their debt collectors, they better work on the professionalism.  I'm bothered the caller had specific amounts on my bill.  ATT said it was probably one of their collectors.  (my account was not even past due)

Recorded message from "ATT" something about a service impacting matter - call back with billing account number for verification purposes.  I think it's a scam because my name is not on any cell phone or any phone bills we have.

I got a call from these people several times in the last week. I was really confused because I had recently paid my bill. When I finally got back to them they were fishing for personal information that they should've had. I smelled a scam right away and hung up on them. It's not AT&T.

Just called 611, apparently my CC expired and I was unaware.  I guess it's not a scam.

Same as most of the above.  Call from this number asking to ATT.com or return call about account.

FYI, the scamming community can use software that will show even legit phone number.
