got the same call about a neighbor and told them I haven't spoke to her in years! Told her to stop calling, she better stop!

These people do not follow the law, they called me at work over 20 times after me telling them not to. They scream, threaten you with jail and bodily harm.  They tell your co-workers they are Check Protection Services when they are really just [***] sitting on their [***] all day trying to scare good american citizens into sending them money.  They are Collection Professional Services. and their address is 36101 Boob Hope Drive, Suite E-5-302, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270.  
They insist I owe a bill I already paid in 2010. I have proof.  They are nothing but hoes and convicts. Don't send them any money.  If they are callling you, just tell all your co-workers they are a scam and show them the million post from the internet.  Block them from your phone/they may try another number but deal with it and block them again and don't forget report, report, report.  They try to sound legit but they are convicts, no legitimant collection agency would threaten to punch you in the mouth. One guy told me, he was gonna come to my job and punch, no he said sock you in the mouth. Then he hung up and called 7 more times after that.  I ain't scared, I wish he would come on with it. They are just INTERNET [***] AND BULLIES. DON'T SEND THESE PREDATORS ONE PENNY.

To everyone that gets a call from these looosers, Hoodrats, Thieves, Scammers.  This is not a joke. I kept getting calls from these people whom are Collection Professional Services but they misrepresent themselves as Check Protection Services, to try and scare you. THey use names like John Largo, Jane Largo, etc......THEY ARE ARE SCAM.  My attorney and consumer adovocates, plus a debt consolidation company that I was working with all have investigated them. ....THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They try to collect debts they have already been paid......

The will harass you so take action and report them. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.    The names and case numbers are not legitmant. Their calls are illegal. My attorney assures me this is a SCAM. They claim to work for maybe some company that you had a loan with or they simply stole your information from the internet.....

Definitely Report them to the FBI, they are fakes.  I am exposing them to radio and TV. Tape record their conversations.  They told me I owed Paydaymax $200 and did not pay.  I knew I had paid them back in August 2010 so I called Paydaymax and they told me it was a definite scam and my account was clear.  They also said they had been getting serveral calls from people about CPS calling and harassing them.

My advice, NEVER GET A PAYDAY LOAN...its more trouble than its worth...... But this number and this company are going to get what's coming to them, because I have contacted so many folks including Budd HIbbs and my local tv station to expose their scam.  If you owe money or can't remember please contact your original creditor, not these fugitives, they will drain your account.

Yes they are Jim.  I agree. The law needs to stop them. I have a meeting Monday morning with a group of people and we are going to the media to expose these guys and forget the FTC, we are going to contact and keep contacting our congressman and the FBI until we get them shut down for their scare tactics and lies. We will not back down until we take care of them.

CPS keeps calling me using different names, now its Taylor Hicks. and claiming to be legitimant....They keep harassing me for a debt that is already paid.....They are a bunch of loosers that hide behind a phone and try to bully you into paying them. DON'T SEND THEM ONE DIME...even if you think you owe someone, pay the original creditor because these awholes are stupid and will even call you after you provide them with proof of payment...........they cannot do anything to you so don't let them intimidate you.............nothing but b***ches and idiots. Taylor Hicks calls me from CPS, a scammer.....BOGUS COMPANY, BOTTOMFEEDERS, whom would rather lie for a living than get a real job...Taylor Hicks is a liar and a thief....Keeps calling and harassing me for a debt that is already paid....I WILL NEVER PAY A COLLECTION COMPANY ANYTHING, I suggest you hang up on them when they call because they will yell, call you names and threaten you...Don't let them upset you, they called my mother about $250 that they said I owed to Cash N but I had already paid it 2 years ago, so they just dig up your name and number and call your home, your neighbors, your job all in an effort to extort money out of you. I got the same call from a woman calling herself Taylor Hicks. Swore up and down she was legitimant and I owed a bill, I KNEW I DIDN'T so her little sweet talk could not convince me, I kept saying I don't owe you anything and you have better luck getting blood out of a turnip...SHE IS AN IDIOT. I hope you suffers before she dies.......i hate and can't abide a lier....i told her to send me proof that i owed anyone and she never did, that was over 4 months ago, and then she called back twice and i said you stupid mf where is the proof and she said we have mailed it to you 3 times which was another set of lies...i told her to stop calling me or her next call, i would charge her with telephone harassment. you see she can't send proof because there is no proof........i did have a bill but i paid it back long before the due date and have solid proof/evidence......i guess i am suppose to be stupid.

I was driving motorbike when I felt, my mobile was ringing. It was a missed call, when I called back to the number from which I received call, there was language not know to me. It was as, computer recording was playing. The number was +821077411695.

I am replying to myself from last year.  i continue to hear from these people on and off.  One guy said I wrote a hot check and then proceeded to give me the last 4 digits of a checking account number I closed years ago because I lost my wallet and checkbook.  I only write checks for my rent, so he was lying.  Then I get calls from another guy stating I had a pay day loan that I didn't pay, which is not true.  I don't have any pay day loans.  Now a woman name Terri Blake is continually calling.  I have reported this company and various people to the Illinois Attorney General's office, and they continue to call me.  I will be sending a report to them once again outlining all the dates and the messages left on my work voice mail.  I told this company more than once to mail the information to me and stop calling my work #.  Yet, they continue to call me at work.  Perhaps we can file enough complaints to file a class action against these freaks.

They keep sending me threatning letters to pay $2,377.92 for a ragdoll I bought 3 years ago and gave back because they sold me a sick cat. My husband called them over the weekend and left a nasty message, so when I called and got a Ronald Jones, who is black, was very upset over my husband and ranted about him in the whole conversation, he wouldn't even talk to me about the letter which only has my name on it by the way..LOL  He then swore at me and hung up on me. What kind of business is this? I called back 5 minutes later and got his answering machine, when I called back again, he answered, I told him he should be discussing my letter and not focusing on my husband. I told him I was going to contact my attorney, then he screamed at me and hung up....LOL..........DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY............

I keep getting a call from Cindy Brown of CPS.  I have paid all my debts but they insist I still owe.  They are now threatening to "process" my file.

I've gotten calls from these people, first a guy named  Nick calls me saying I owe money but did not say to whom or how much. He tells me if I'm smart I'll pay. Actually, if they're smart they'll give up and QUIT  calling.  He talked over me so he didn't hear me telling him to go F himself, thats they good thing when people talk over you... They don't hear you when you tell them off. lol. I then hung up. Recently, a Terry Blake has been calling. First she called from a private number, I knew who she was from speaking with her before...I told her I wasn't the person she was looking for and of course, she gets an attitude...I hung up. When I go into work the next day my boss told me a person had called asking about their employment practices and if they hire people with bad credit..lol. I KNEW it was her...he hung up on her too. To sum it up, these people are COMPLETE FRAUDS AND DESPOS!!!! DO NOT be fooled or intimdated by them!!!

Got another call now threatening to turn me in for internet fraud.  Cindy Brown is the one calling.  Really scary.
