they keep calling my cell phone - several times a day - never leaving a message
i do not owe anyone any money

These people call me SEVERAL times a day. I never answer. How can I block their number or put them on a "Do Not Call?"

I receive these calls but they do not eave a message

I get several calls from this number but even when I answer, no individual is on the other line.  Only dead air.  Terribly annoying.  Don't even know who they're associating my number with since I was just assigned this number.

They're also known as Monarch Recovery. I tried complaining about them on the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en

has anyone considered putting their 800 number on an automatic dialer so it runs up their bill and puts them out of business?

Some sort of debt collector?  Won't give up even though it's not me they're looking for.

They call my work # at a State Agency once a day.

This number called again 8:16am and didn't leave message.  I called back and voice message said they are closed.  They are keep looking for someone that I don't know and I already told them I am not that person.  Where can I call to report this?

I got a call from this number and they hung up

This just began about 1 week ago.  They keep calling.  They wake us up in the morning.  At night as we go to bed they call.
My wife and I are in our 70's.  This calling should be made totally illegal because there is no need whatsoever to be harassed on your phone.  NONE.  If these so-and-so's have something then use the U.S. mail, otherwise it is shady and disrespectful and I will not accept their calls or respond to therm.  U.S. Mail and U.S. courts is how how legal debt handling is done, not by some shodstick dialing on a phone to anyone.

No name on caller ID, just "Toll Free Number".  Automated message asks for 'name', then procedes to say that I admit I am that person if my answering machine does not hang up immediately.  Monarch Recovery Management is what the script identifies the business, though I understand they have operated under other names as well.

I owe no one, am on a do not call list.  They do not care.

Maybe they will learn.

Calling my husband's phone for the past week, stating that he owes over $4,400 on an account that was allegedly opened in 1999.  Here's the kicker:  this account is NOWHERE on his credit report and hasn't been for the past three years!  We've requested verification of debt three times; agency actually told us it was OUR responsibility to prove that we paid it and that they "don't have to send us anything."  Total scam artists!!!

Got the same calls myself they are a pain in the neck borderline harassment if you ask me.
