They keep calling me and as soon as I answer they hang up on me. This happens over and over and over.  What the heck?!!?

lololol....good idea.  I think more complaints to the FTC might be good.  I have no clue who they are and they just hand up on me.  I call them back and am placed on hold forever.  Then I get disconnected.  But they call over and over and over and over.  Never have had anybody on the other end.

Caller ID is Toll Free Call.  Monarch Recovery aka Academy Collections. Diane Mazzacano is Senior Vice President. Her address is 4 Kelso Ln, Riverton,NJ 08077. Telephone 856-303-9473 & Company # 215-281-7500. Sleezy collection agency trying to collect very old debts known as time-barred debts. These debts are barred by law from being collecting via any legal means as the statute of limitations to sue the person in their home state has expired. (5-7 years in most states) In lieu of legitimate means to collect the debt they use trickery, intimidation and lies to get people to give over their bank acct. or cc numbers to pay bills from 5, 10 or even 20 years ago. Never, ever talk to them or give them any information as they will try to milk you dry. Probable SCAM

If your phone offers you the option to reject an incoming call...use it. Answering or sending it to voicemail only confirms to their calling system that the number is active and so they will keep calling it. Blocking the number does no good, they will just call from a different number. If you keep rejecting the call, eventually their computer will remove your number from the list because it is never getting through so it thinks the number is no good.

Called twice - never left a message and of course I never called them...  I had my phone registered with Do Not Call but I still get calls from this number - WTF?

This number keeps calling me, at least once or twice a day. I've tried to answer the phone but there is never anyone on the line. The Caller ID says Monarch Recovery

I've received calls the past few mornings when getting my daughter ready for school which is before 8. I just now returned the call and she answered the phone with hello.....sounded like someone would at home. She asked if they said who left the mesg. I told her it was automated it and couldn't make out what the name of the company was. She mumbled it and all I could make out was something recovery services. She asked if the name of the # I was calling from was correct I said yes. She said she needed me to verify my address and social I told her I would not do that she said "bye bye and hung up....

I just wanted to add that I just returned their call after being hung up on a second time but not before they started talking over me and then screaming bye before she hung up. lol, she asked me when she answered who it was I just spoke to and I said they sounded just like you. She said oh yes and then said my name. wth? She told me the first time she had caller id so she knew who I was when she answered. Then said since I refused to give her my add and social she could not talk to me ......hmmmm give or verify? I said well had you asked before hanging up on me I do have a file #. She started yelling and then screamed good bye....I then called back and got voice mail, so I left a mesg stating some of the fdcpa and for them to not call my # again. Maybe I won't be getting any early morning phone calls anymore.

Recording trying to locate an employee of ours.  Sorry we do not allow personal business calls, will these companies never learn...Call the people at home. We don't pay our employees to take care of their business on company time.  

Researched number is Monarch Recovery Services.  Sounds like a bill collector.

Called back and got a live voice telling me they were a business.  Gave the name as Monarch Recovery Management.  Also does business under the name of Academy Collections  10965 Decatur Rd Philadelphia PA 19154  215-281-7500   fax215-281-7512

They called indicating a veterinary bill that needs to be paid.  I do not have any pets.  They said that they will have to stop by and pick up my dog.  I explained to them that I do not have a dog, hence, there is no dog to be picked up.  They literally said they would reposses a dog that I do not have.  This place is by far the most [***] scam operation on the planed.  I am contacting the FBI about this.

They called several time a day and never leave a message

They called wanting my social security number and date of birth.  If I did not comply with their demand, they would take away my Saturn.  I do not own a Saturn and never have.  When I explained this to them, they persisted on asking for my identity, social and date of birth.  What do they mean when they say they are going to take away my Saturn.  Really strange.  I am calling the FBI.

A really strange sounding person called me from this number.  They started demanding my social security number and date of birth.  Said something about a terrorist strike in my city since there are people in my community that owe money.  They were asking for a guy, I did not understand the name.  It is not a good idea to give this company your personal information.
