- SolutionA solution for everyone, everytime they call tell them you are going to start recording their call, they will say you cannot, but they are wrong. Tell them you know your rights and that you are going to record the call anyway, they will just hang up. Get a kick out of it everytime. Lol
- nicI am 1 day late on my truck loan and I get this call from Chase Auto Finance about 3-4× a day and what makes it even worse is I have never been late before and my vehicle will be paid off next month. Like seriously! Even if I didn't pay this months payment until next month it will still be paid off in 1 dang month!!! Bug off Chase!! You got enough of my money anyways!! Never again willI finance with them.

- Chicago ClientI had my purse stolen and my debit cards, IDs and checkbook were in my purse so all my accounts were frozen. I went to the local Chase and they had me talk to the auto finance department and set up a wire transfer with the ok of my other bank the money would come out of and the one I had to freeze. I kept calling Chase everyday to make sure the transfer was going through because my other bank said they have not seen it try to hit. Needless to say, the transfer never went through. I immediately went to the local branch again and was able to take care of the payment but now the phone calls have started. Every hour they are calling even though I have told them NOT to call, gave them the transaction number and amount paid, was told I would not get dinged on my internal report with them or my credit report, nor would I be assessed late charges because I had showed them I had the funds, I just could not access them. I even had the police report to prove my story. Well, the calls keep coming and they are EXTREMELY rude and sounds like you are speaking to someone in another country and they just have a script to respond to anything you say.
I will NEVER finance anything through Chase nor will I hold my major accounts there. Very rude and their departments do not communicate with each other.- Caller: Chase Auto Finance
- Shelley replies to All Chase wants is their moneyHang up the phone don't talk to them. You now what the number is look it up before you answer the phone. There are laws to protect you, first off you have to be 90 days behind in your payment before they can call in your loan. They can repossess your car at 60 days but they do this so you will come up with ALL the back money and they will want ALL the back money before you get the car released. So try not to go 60days late because you will have to come up with a lot more money than your behind.
- MikeFive phone calls from this number today, one yesterday when calls started coming. No messages & I don't answer any calls that come from "unknown" (or anyone else I don't know for that matter.) I have a Chase business card, which is paid as scheduled every month, if the call does indeed originate from Chase. No reason anyone should be calling me about debt or late bills though.

- ashKeep receiving calls from this number, repeatedly, multiple times a day. I called them back from a different number, and requested to be removed from their call list. I was asked for my account and social security number, and that is where I informed them I am not a customer of Chase Auto Loan, and need them to stop calling my cell. The lady I spoke to asked me if I knew who they were asking for when I was being called, but I told her I have not answered, as I am not familiar with the number. She was very nice and said she would remove me immediately. I guess we will see...

- April| 1 replyI am currently in the process of suing Chase Auto Finance with my lawyer for making robo calls. Those are the calls that start with "This is an important message from Chase Auto Finance ..." It is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for any company to use this type of technology to collect on a debt. People don't realize that as consumers they have a lot more rights than they think they do. Calls at work when you've asked them to stop, robo calls, rude or harassing comments (i.e. one collector said to me, "Are you EVEN looking for a job?), are all against the law.
Know your rights as a consumer, you don't have to deal with this kind of treatment.- Caller: Chase Auto Finance

- yourbailoutmoneycamefrommetoochase is a joke, regret every time I make a payment for going through them, made payment yesterday and because its late as of today and they did not post it yet I'm getting phone calls, I will not answer the phone for them because they are a joke but I did log into my account and made suggestions to better manage their time under the comment section, you too can do that.

- TombChase Auto Loans (or whatever) may be a legitimate business and have a valid reason for calling, but the fact that they do not bother to leave a message or to identify themselves on caller ID proves what a scam they are working. Like most people, I do not bother to pick up a phone when there is no caller ID and I do not know who is calling. I guess the fact they called allows Chase to establish they were making an effort to collect on a delinquent payment, while not identifying themselves or leaving a message increases the odds that the customer will remain in default--and allow Chase to collect a penalty in the end.
What dishonesty. What a scam. And something that we can change by legislation requiring a call-back message from bill collectors. - TomB replies to AprilCan I contribute to your legal fund? It would be a token amount but, hey, presume every little bit helps. Have your lawyer contact me at 770-517-5993.
- CodyThis number has been blowing up my phone every day for the past week. No voicemail or caller id, so I never answer. Reading that the number belongs to Chase has me curious, since my account has been current for over 2 years. I even pay the bill 2 weeks early each month to make sure I never have to deal with them in a negative way. I guess I'll have to answer the phone and find out why they keep calling me.
- ChrisI've known since it was due that my payment was late. I've called and spoke with them asking to take 2 payments on the next due date. They call from about 10 different numbers everyday. EVERYDAY!! I thought I had this taken care of, after talking to one of the representatives about the situation. Obviously not. So for the next 8 days, I'll expect another 80 calls...

- AlisonI had made a bi-weekly payment plan due to an illness. (my employer does not offer medical benefits) I was in a bank branch when I set this up with an auto loan customer service member. That was on the 10th of the month. On the 17th they were already calling me!! My arrangement was in the notes!! I don't understand how they don't read the notes before they call you. I was again instructed to make my payments on time so I don't fall behind and risk Repo.....Well Duh!! Believe me, I don't want to be behind on my car loan...but I didn't want to get sick either...
