    We were called from this number multiple times a day. The voice said our Chase Auto account could be refinanced. They asked for our account number or SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!  Big red flag!! I don't have an account with Chase Bank. Be on the lookout!

    Simple equation number 2: people stop financing their car purchases with Chase because word has got around that they're no better than a bunch of aggressive loan shark thugs. If you need finance in the future, try a mainstream bank that understand long term customer value and not these low-life mobsters.

    Never Again
    Leased a new vehicle and forgot to put it on autopay.  I am glad they called the first time, because I wouldn't have caught it for a few weeks.  That was Friday.  4 days and 44 voice messages later the harassment is still going strong, even though I already paid the bill on Friday, and they know that.  They earned a spot on the "will never do business with again" list right between DirectTV and PepBoys.

    I bought a new car prior to my payment due date. Chase called a day after the payment being late. I explained I traded my car in and they should expect the payoff soon . The rep went on to lecturing me about my late payment and that they could by law repo my car if I didnt make a payment that day. I made the  payment . The payoff quote was less than what was sent for my payoff. Instead of refunding me the difference it was applied to "interest" 698 00 of interest, still waing for a breakdown of that interest

    I simply cannot understand why you would even make a payment if you no longer owned the car.  They could go and repo it from the car dealer's lot I guess and find out how well that worked.

    It's Chase Auto Finance. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! My account is paid in full and they refuse to change my due date by 3 days. Unreal!
