Yet another person harrassed by these losers....w

It is from Imperial Cruise lines. I just called and the guy told me I signed up through their website. Which I did not. He was quite rude. I asked to be taken off of their list. Tired of getting no less then 10 calls per day.

They have no clue who they are calling, or what the number is even. A computer just starts with the first 3 digits of your number, say 555, then 0001, 0002, 0003 and so on until someone answers.

This number 800-519-7502 calls and shows up as a Toll Free Number. When I pick up I get nothing when I say hello. The 5 calls a day are starting to annoy me.

I called the phone company and they told me how to put a block on these numbers so I don't get their calls anymore.

First time this number called me. I picked up but there was no response. And they called me on my cell too.

I too signed up for the giveaway. I would like to know if anyone really got a free vacation and what the extra cost was. I would not mind paying a few 100.00 to get a nice vacation even if they said it would be free.I do not think free means 100% free anymore. So if free means huge discount that would still be great for me.

Best thing to do when you receive an unsolicited call. go along with the unsolicited caller call them back if asked to waste their time. give them all the wrong information. wrong credit card numbers addresses etc.

If we all do this these companies will cease to exist. They will eventually get the message as it will cost them too much time to deal with us.
It will cost us a bit of time to do this but it will pay off in the long run.

i have recieve numerous calls from this phone number and do not know how they had got my number.today i called the number back just because i was curious and some guy answered the phone. he didnt state a buisness or say his name at first he asked me for my name and then told me his named john ross   kb7249,and that he is a senior travel cordinator. he told me all aout the cruise and the package i could recieve for $539 i was like"i thought this was free" he said the cruise is your just paying the rest likke the car rental and the hotel stay its an 80% discount. then he proceeds to ask for my credit card number. i get a little hestitant told him mt purse isnt with me at the moment. he told me to hold on and another guy picks up the phone asking me whats my problem he said he knew the credit card was in front of  my face and that this was no scam.he told me ramada is a legitaent company he was very pushy and rude so i decided to take my time finding my creditcard while he put me on hold i found an old prepay card with my name on it and i gave it to him it only had  $1 to it. i told him the card would be decline and he said dont worry we'll take out the money when the funds are available and my package will be sent to me by the next week. my jaw dropped i couldnt believe my ears THIS COMAPNY IS NOT REAL DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION and the website he had given me was fake www.myvacationsmoments.com please people do not be GULLABLE do not fall for their pushy tactics. its a scheme and if u are hesitant follow your gut feeling. its not worth it!

I got the call too but a repeated the phrase several times "I am a Travel Agent" which makes me immediately void. I called CLIA(Cruise Line Industry Association) and told them about Imperial Majesty free cruise offer. Their answer was "We Will Fine Them Monday"(A fine equal to $5,000). I know travel industry and who ever these guys are they just made their biggest mistake to date.

Did anyone ever get any vacation out of these guys????

They call me and said i won a free cruise and a vacation in florda staying at the remada hotel. They said I need to make decision and pay $498 immediately in order to secure my vocation package. They even gave me this website www.vocationmoments.com, as they told me, all information i need is on this website. I told them that i need more time to think about it and do some research about ur company. They said no. If i hang up this call, I will lose my seat. This person I spoke to ( I forgot what his name is, but he is some how a supervisor), keep demanding me to make decision immediately. This is non-sense. If I really won a free trip, why so easy to lose it. And I told him, I need to do some research, coz. I dont know ur company. He said, if I cant make it right now, there are so many other customers waiting for this opportunity. Dumb. If this is so valuable, why he spent more than 30 hrs to persuade me to pay. I am not giving my credit card # to these creeps.

I keep receive phone call from this number every day.. or twice per day! how can I let them stop.. it is really annoy me.

18005197502, they call me twice a day since last two week, and told me i won a free cruise, they said this cruise is totally free, but asked me my credit card. i asked them to stop calling me but doesn't work. they still call me everyday. suckers

These people are Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines. Who have changed their name to Carribean Cruise Lines. They say you must have registered for this phone call otherwise they wouldn't have your number. There are only 2-3 ways of (supposed)registration 1. Online 2. Over the phone (survey) or trade show. If you haven't done any of these, then they are scamming and lieing even about how they got your number. Im not sure how they got the leads but you can eliminate all possiblities by making sure you don't give anyone your name or # for a "FREE" cruise vacation!

Hey I always get call from this number, for those cell phoners out there DO NOT PICK UP when you get a call from this #18005197502, they are scams, I got a over 5 times a day from this number, once someone finally said something and told me a I won a carribean cruise, I told them I didnt sign up, they TRIED TO kept holding me on the phone, TRIED TO kept asking if I filled in any surverys or any of my family fill it in...the point they doing that is to charging you money on the minutes and then send you a bill (of course a fraud bill that apparently same one as your cell phone providor) and charge you for long distance tricking you thinking it's your actually phone bill, of course I know in advance thier motive so just hanged up on them as quick as I can. Still they wont stop calling, I just press "end call"

I'm so glad that these people take so long to detail this so called vacation that I WON that is going to COST me 500 dollars, plus the cost of airfare.. I'd rather just go on my own all inclusive beach resort in the carribbean for 800 bucks. Anyways, them taking so long to explain gave me time to google the number and I found this forum! Thanks to everyone who posted, scam or not, I'm glad I realised it was a telemarketer and that I actually didn't sign up for a free cruise. And the comments are right, the sales people are very pushy and the "supervisors" are very rude! I hope I dont hear back from them, I will give them a piece of my mind.

HAHAH we just got a call from this number and it sounded way sketch so i typed in the number to google and found all of these hoax entries. we got put on hold numerous times to talk to different managers and what not. The last lady we taked to was after wwe figured all of this out and we told her we googled the number and found out that it was a hoax. she got really defensive and told us we didnt quialify anyways and hung up! ha

I was reading everyones comments and Ive also been having the exact problem. The curise line was calling asking for my husband which was wierd cause our house phone in only in my name. Then the curise line kept calling , a male would always call and he gave me a name which was JAMES... Now Im only recieving calls but every time I say hello ,no one seems to be on the other side. This would have to be for a couple of weeks now on going and this isnt the only number they are using. This curise line seems to be calling at the same times just after 8:30pm the other number is 1-800-335-8047.What is wrong with these people cant they get real jobs.

Has anyone found a way to stop them from doing this ? Or do we just continue posting up posts and hope that they will just stop.If this continues I will be going to the police. This is [***].
