Okay so go to bbb.org look up first national bank of omaha and that # is on there. I got a call once from them they told me first bank card I was confused but the way it was explained to me is that frist national handles accounts from a lot of smaller banks and other companies so they decied to change everything over to frist bank card so that way all of there accounts could run off the same system (which honestly think about it they are a family owned company so they are trying to make things easier to handel). They told me they were the collection department for first back card I asked for the customer service # and it matched the one on the back of the card so I'm sure all of you did your research

Guys, it's a legitimate company. The website is www.firstnational.com and they facilitate several different credit cards so while you might not think you've had a card, you just might. You can't assume all debt collectors are scammers because they call you and want money. Most are probably legitimate claims, and if they aren't, don't call the police on the debt collectors, let them know it is a fraudulent account and probably put some sort of identity protection on your social security number.

I also received numerous calls some back to back, some not but in total 7 throughout the day, nobody ever came to the line when I answered ...finally I called them. After a legit sounding disclaimer a lady got on and I asked her WTH was going on she started by asking my name which I gave her, after a couple moments my street address then again after a couple moments she asked for my city and state, thats when I told her if she isnt looking at it by now then this call is a phishing scam...she hung up.

I get calls from this number.  I do have a credit card with Bank of Omaha.  Since I am not behind with any of my bills, I don't answer calls from 800 numbers, so if they don't leave a message, I won't return the call.

Really, legitimate business people will leave a message and will behave in a professional manner...

Keep getting a call from this number all times of the day don't know who it is and will not answer it

Funny - Just got a phone call from the 800-537-3302 and the man on the phone said he was from Regional Bureau. Asked for someone and said he had a note on his desk to call here. HIGHLY doubt that, did not out them through and never left a voice mail for the person. Still, if what you are saying they are asking for i.e. a SS#, should not be asking for that for verification. NOT BUYING IT AT ALL!

I'm getting these calls now too. Have you had any luck with getting them to stop?

numerous calls on my new cell phone..sometimes more than 1 a day.  Have had the phone a few weeks & tired of their calling.

Had a Jeep credit card and had to make a payment.

Number is Bill collector. Is very decptive .

Calls multiple times a day.  Prerecorded message.  When it gets to the part of which company it fades out, then claims to be from a credit card company from a card I do not own.  Scam

I get sometimes 3 calls from them a day I just reject the call and the voice mail.These hard headed people just don't get it they got the wrong person.I guess sooner or later they will figure it out.I keep a log of every attempt to contact me.Can anyone say harassment law suite? Get a clue FNBO or get ready to write a nice check with lots of 0's

I called my credit union to verify that this is a scam: I was wrong! Just like CLT, it was valid.

Although I have no record of receiving it (that's no excuse) I hadn't paid last month's Visa bill. This number was from their collections department. I called the number on the back of my card and, to my chagrin, found that this was absolutely valid.

I suspect this company is a contractor for many institutions. It turned out to be a good thing for me since I hadn't even opened this month's bill yet.

I really think this was lost in the mail - I have NO record of it (and we're good about keeping our bills in one place). However, the bottom line is, at least as of this date, this is definitely a valid number.

P.S. The woman I spoke with, Shania, couldn't have been any nicer.

People if you're not sure who they are just call the number on the back of your card and then block that number that keeps calling you please wake up and have some common sense thank you your fellow American

Said I was late on WesBanco note which was due last week for 221.00....wanted my bank account and routing number! I told no, I would run it to out local WesBanco... but we did not owe the bill

let he [***] call all they want. I have a phone that blocks numbers, so it doesn't inconvenience me. It is a scam, I checked it out.
