- AndersonThis is claiming it is the First National Bank of Omaha. They call me everyday!!! For what???? I am paid up with my credit card to date. Now, I think this is a "Hijack" call using the name and number of FNBO. I also believe this is tied up with a "Late Payment" scheme scam going on, harrassing customers. This needs the attention of law enforcement, the Federal Trade Comission. FCC and FNBO and has got to stop. Also, prosecute perpetrators to prevent this practice from spreading further. Another Wellsfargo?

- Jake Haye| 2 repliesCaller ID showed "unknown" and that this number had called while I was out. Left a message from "Jennifer"....all she did was ask repeatedly "What is your account number?" When there was no answer, she finally hung up. But the same number has called back 3 times in the past 2 days. After the 3rd call, I blocked them. Noticed a little while ago that they'd called again, but were cut off. Scam.

- Jake Haye replies to Jake Haye| 1 replyANOTHER call from these creeps.....they don't even take weekends off. Called twice yesterday and now again today, in addition to the umpteen other calls they've made in the past week. Blocked them after the 2nd call, but my phone blocking system rings one time before cutting them off, which is a bit annoying. You'd think anybody with half a brain would get that message, but these idiots just keep calling. STOP IT.
- Jake Haye replies to Jake HayeSTILL getting calls at least 2-3 times a day from these idiots, who don't seem to realize (or care) that they've been blocked. One ring and they're cut off. Wish it could be LITERALLY, but will settle for the one ring and gone. STOP CALLING.
- Jake Haye| 1 replyTwo more calls from these idiots.....one at 8:45 last night, one earlier. They're phone stalkers. Never leave a message, and obviously still haven't figured out that their number has been blocked and I'm NOT going to answer. Give it up and leave me alone!

- Jake Haye replies to Jake HayeCall from these jerks at 8 a.m. today. This is harassment. Dozens of calls in the past week even though I've blocked them. Phone rings one time, I try to get to it to see who's calling, and by then the block has cut them off. STOP IT!

- SusanThe number is First Bank Card in Nebraska. Received a call from 8005373302 and insisted to call them back for owing money. I did not but my Rakuten CC card links to First Bank Card so I called 18882955540 in the back of the credit card. They confirmed the former number was theirs and did call. I found out I was late for payment. I said I did not receive the bill and was told the bill was sent back to them (Connie). Asked for the penalty charge she said $2 something. I requested to send an email alert next time, Connie asked signed up on line through Firstbankcard.com. I do have on file and found out the penalty $26 for late fee and $2.ish for interest. I called backed and second operator said the email alert was sent on 3/30/2018 , two weeks after the due date. I scanned my junk mail and cannot find it. Last, I called back again, Veronica from Nebraska, requested to resend the email that sent on 3/30/18. Put on hold for a while and she answered the request was submitted and she does not know how long would it take, weeks or months "first come, first serve". I was not happy and terminated my CC. ( I already epaid the full balance after Connie's talk. Asked Veronica sent a email confirmation through email she can't ( she said through the mail and did read the letter). Finally, found out no physical contact by email so I called last to Nicole and found out there is an internal email link within its Firstbankcard.com. ( I can not send directly for paper trail) and tried twice on messages but it cannot go through with " messages must be less 1,500 words" that I dont think I maxed out yet. Listed here so anyone have a similar or repetitive patterns from First Bank Card. Thanks

- BotheredWoke me up by trying to call me, didn’t answer because it said unknown. I don’t have a voicemail box set up so they couldn’t leave one.
- RobertFor me this was a legit number that was calling about a past due credit card payment. I mistakenly did not pay my previous month's credit card bill. Earlier today I called to explain that a payment was now on its way, but it had not electronically posted to my account yet. The credit card's collection team called me and left a message to return the call. When I got the voice mail several hours later (I was away from my phone), I first logged into my account to make sure there were not any surprise charges. Then I called the number. The person answering explained this was a collections concern. He asked for my account number and my address and I gave that info and then also my phone number. Then he told me that they were contacting me about my missed payment, but now my payment had electronically posted and all was fine. That missed payment and now posted payment was only something my credit card company would know unless they had been hacked. In an abundance of caution, I then called the number on the back of my credit card and got to a service rep who was able to confirm that 800-537-3302 is their collection team's call in number. I suppose someone could spoof this number and not be legit, but in my case the number and the call were legit.

- R.K.This is a LEGIT call from First National Bank of Omaha. We have a credit card from our local bank, that is serviced by FNBO, which is why I thought it was a scam at first. It is NOT a scam. They were just trying to get a hold of us to let us know we had forgotten to make a payment on our last statement balance. They left a voicemail every time identifying themselves. Like I said, it was the name of the bank that threw me off at first, but when I called my local banker, they confirmed that this is the financial institution that services the credit cards they issue.
