Call every 10- 15 minutes, and no one on other end.  Its HFC. They say  if they leave a message, they not allowed to call back the same day.  They are so harrassing with their calls.

I don't have any kind of business with HSBC, I will not answer the calls and I am on my way to ask personally HSBC if there is any account under my name just to make sure it is not ID theft. I suggest the same to everybody.

Beneficial seems to have a different number each time my payment is  late , because teh number they caled from today was not the same number they called from 2 months ago!

800-550-3278 is HFC Beneficial. they are a branch of HSBC Financial. The calls from this number are coming from a 'skip tracer'. They are trying to track down people who've skipped out on loans. I called 1-800-958-2540 and got a loan officer/customer service rep. When you dial this number, press 0 right away, then when it is giving you choices, press 0 again, you will get a live person. Give them the number that is getting calls from them and they can remove you from the call list. This is just attempts to collect a debt.

The calls start early in the morning and continue throughout the day.
Never leaves a message and if I answer, nobody on the other end.
I do not have business with HSBC or HFC, nor do I owe anyone anything!
Pure harassment that needs to STOP!

Seems to be HFC.  They are calling every few minutes and leaving no messages.  My account is up to date.  This time, after being called several times within five minutes I screamed into the phone.  Hope it hurt that Indian lady's ears.  They need to stop calling.  I don't want to speak to someone from India or any foreign country, they don't speak good English and are hard to understand and they don't try to help you with your problems, because they can't,.  Bring the jobs back to the USA and people might be willing to talk to HFC/Beneficial.

This company and number have been calling our church for months.  I have now been just lifting up the handset and replacing it thus hanging up on them.  It's very distracting for a church to get call after call after call from this "company?"  Lately after I do that another phone call comes in and the message is now left and it's just a very loud static noise.  So I've had to now recognize a second number from them and delete this "message."

I keep getting hang up calls from 800-550-3278 for month and months sometimes 12 or 13 times a day. I have tried to contact them but it is a dead end. It is hfc benificial, MARK MY WORDS I WILL HAVE REVENGE! IM GOING TO GOUGE YOUR EYES OUT AND PUNCH YOU IN THE THROAT! YOUR WORTHLESS PIECE OF [***] COMPANY IS SICKINING AND A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY THIS WORLD IS GOING IN THE GUTTER!!!!

Calls day and night I stopped answering when they call I have them on the rejest list on my cell phone I do not know who this is or why they have my number.When you call the number back they the recording asks for account info I have none can't get through to a live person to stop the calls

HFC Beneficial, owned by HSBC.  They are likely calling because you are late on a payment with one of their exhorbitant interest rate loans.  Why they choose to hang up with out speaking to you is harrassment.

This number keeps calling my prepaid cell phone...Only family and closest friends have this number..I have told them to stop calling as they have the wrong number, but they continue to call..every day..normally 5 times at least...I no longer answer as I am not using up my minutes...

This idiot has called me 27 times since March 8th.  He/She is on my cell phone reject list.

I received a call from this number with an auto message greeting so I hung up...how annoying !!!

It is Beneficial Finance!  I Cannot afford the payments any more since they did not accept my homeowner insurance from another company, so they raised my rates and I just can't afford it any more. Being without a job is the real problem, and all the money I get is from SSA.  They can take my house if they wish but it will not be done without a fight.  Urge everyone you can not to deal with Beneficial.
