800-562-6420 x 7594 - They are either Scammers or a company that uses REALLY BAD COLLECTION TACTICS. They were looking for someone with my maiden name, I haven't used that name in 20 years and they made my daughter think they were a friend who knew me and got my husband and my cell phone numbers from her and continued to harass each of us for my personal identifiers.  I've never had a B of A loan under my maiden name, so I called B of A who said they aren't working with them. In order to rule me out as the one that "owns" the debt, they wanted my birthday which I wouldn't give them, they wanted my middle name, which I mistakenly gave them the initial.  I requested today they never call me again after I confirmed with B of A that all my accounts are fine and there are no mistakes anywhere.  B of A instructed me to never talk to them again or give them information.  There's a chance that these guys are "preying" on people who are in fact behind on payments in some cases so that people think they are "real"  BE CAREFUL, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BIRTHDAY, YOUR SOCIAL OR YOUR MIDDLE NAME OR ADDRESS....NOT EVEN OTHER PHONE NUMBERS!  GIVE THEM NO DATA.  B OF A CONTACTS FOLKS BY MAIL AND THEY HAVE THEIR OWN IN HOUSE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT !!!   Even if they were real, I would never work with a company that has this kind of poor collection technique, but I genuinely think they are scammers!

I don't think they are real.  They used my maiden name that I did not use when opening my B of A loans.  I called B of A and all my accounts are in perfect order.  B of A told me to hang up if they call me again, that they are not working for them.  Be careful all !!!  Call B of A and ask them if they work for them and if not I suggest reporting to the identity theft division of your police department.  They might be scamming people who are genuinely having a tough time paying their mortgages in these tough times.  That's horrible!  Give them no information and call straight away to Bank of America.

I got a call from this number said her name was Samantha Ally with Gatestone calling on behalf of Bank of America.  She wanted my date of birth and address. I told her I don't give that out to people who call me.  I said for her to message me through bank of america online service, she said she couldn't.  Then I told her the next time, that if I could get through to her from calling Bank of America at the back of my card I would talk.  I called bank of America and asked if they could connect me, they looked and had no record of either a Samantha Ally or of a Gatestone.
I am very suspicious of them
