I have a Kohls card and this number calls me constantly! I was nervous I might have forgotten a payment and went into the store to see if they can assist but unfortunately they said I had to contact Capital One directly. I had already contacted Capital and my account was paid up. I still get these calls which makes me so nervous that i'm behind on my bill and don't want my credit to be affected. This is annoying!!!
