This nunber calls both my home and cell constantly from early morning to late evening.  I have shut the ringer on both phones.  This is ridiculous and it must stop.  This harassment must be stopped somehow.  I will never gi e them the satisfaction of speaking with them.

We should set up a class action suit against them.

Persistent calling, 3-4-5 times a day, sometimes rings and hangs up. Asks for wife, will not identify self or talk to me. Will report to AG of State. May be from Merrick Bank.

they called left a message to call merrick bank @866-304-3791 so I did found out they were looking for my ex wife.. I told the we had been divorced for years. they said they would take my number off list.. still they call. I wish there was an avenue to take within the law to get this stopped. I have never had an account with these people and am debt free.

I keep receiving calls from this number and I don't even own a credit card. I have nothing to do with that bank.

This is Merrick bank, and if you have a credit card with them, and it goes past due, they will call every number on file 15-20 times a day.  In other words, Harassment. They want their payment.  Good luck

I am concerned because they are not only calling my personal cell phone but also my office line. They have called a number of times and one time I tried to call back it said "Card Processing Center" I didn't bother to wait for one of their super helpful representatives.

I also am a magic jack user and get calls from this number. You can block the number on your phone. Go into the menu item and scroll through to block number. Then enter the number and/or name. Going forward it will ring once and then stop.

i keep getting calls from this number

These calls are coming to the business where I am employed, repeatedly.  I answer, they hang up!  It's annoying.  These calls are not for me.  It's Annoying!

Our business has been getting calls from this number several times daily for several years. They hang up when we answer. Extremely annoying and irritating!

I get calls and googled the number and it says it belongs to gunderson and gunderson whoever that is
