I tried to actually pay these people back in January and was told by the operator that my payment of $20 would "not be accepted" and when I asked why she said "we're not going to take a payment of just $20."  It was ludicrous... WHY NOT? I said "What's wrong with $20?" (because that's all I had at the time) and she said "We're just not going to bother with a $20 payment, ma'am."  They're ridiculous.

Since they refused a good faith payment, you should not we them anything. Ask a lawyer about it.

i'm in the process of getting to the bottom of this. I allowed a family member to use my info (ss#) who swears they paid all of their verizon acct.  they will be checking with verizon for a statement and balance.  god help this dvi company if we don't owe. I am pissed and sick of calls morning noon and night.  when you hang up (because they have you on hold for eternity)  your line is not open for you to make a call for various amounts of time.  they should hang these people.

Whoever this belongs to called here at 9:45 pm last night and there was no one on the phone. Hadd just put the babies down for the night and this b.s. woke them up. I'm ticked !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beck 111 apparently resides at 8 Audubon Lane, Flagler Beach, Fl 32136, and apparently has a home phone number of 386-439-8514. Donald M. Zehnder, who the Fla secretary of state recognizes as president and secretary treasurer, apparently resides at 3213 Trophy Pl, Jacksonville, Fl 32225, and apparently has a home phone number of  904-565-1020 Co director Nicole Michelle Zehnder Smith, 27 owns the property at 4537 Crystal Brook Way Jacksonville Fl 32224, according to land records, and appears to have a home phone number of 904-247-4321. CEO Charlotte L Zehnder sold her house at 11060 Crystal Lynn Ct Jacksonville on 3/18/2011 to Dixie Ward for $545,000 according to Duval county property office. Prior to that her home phone number seemed to be 904-714-2149. . VP Christopher M. Zehnder,44, apparently, resides at 3818 Valverde Cir, Jacksonville, Fl 32224.Don't do what Diversified does and make 50 harassing calls to the wrong person. And act in an appropriate and lawful manner with these public records

There is good money to be made from Diversified Consultants Inc. They were apparently the defendants in  around 29 lawsuits in 2009 &2010. In 2011, there are apparently 9 more cases . This number called me 4 times a day. I do not have no credit cards or outstanding loans. I had  Verizon for 7 days and cancelled before my 14 days were up. They services were to high compare to other companies. I called CSR and stated that my bill should be around  $65.00. I used 22 minutes. I received a over $500 bill...I called them over 30 times to get this corrected.

Diversified Consultants  is the company behind this number. I checked online and there many complaints out there against them. I filling a compliant. I have Sprint and just blocked them for calling my cell number.

These people are stupid to keep calling and never leaving a number.

My son paid the verizon bill, in full and they want more money.  They call and call and when you pickup it disconnects. They call several times a day and when you explain the account was paid, they say they have no record and the calls keep coming.  You can't go through verizon because they sold the account and this is no way against my son, but his brother cancelled the phone, and figured he would pay the termination fee, but he didn't so rather than letting us know he did this verizon let the account rack up to 800.00 and then turned it over to DCI. Now it is paid in full, and although one son was negligent in this bill that his other brother cosigned for him, the bill is PAID and hopefully the one son learned a lesson because the older brother never lets him forget.

So I got a call from this exact number saying they needed to speak with me about some debt. They didn't say my name or anything, but the number they called was on my text me app so it wasn't even a real phone number and I never have given out that number to anyone except like 3 people who are my best friends. It's probably a scam. I would call like a lawyer or maybe even talk to a reporter about it, maybe they'll figure it out and get a good story out of it. Anyways, I've never bought anything with credit yet being that I am young and have not gotten around to building my credit score so I know I owe nothing. So I wouldn't trust it! Next time they call, I'd report them to the police or something.

I don't even have an association with Verizon, I have AT&T so I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

I received numerous calls on my home line and when I was finally able to identify the call- back, it was to this 1-800 number.  Diversified Consultants is a debt collector.  When I asked them why they keep dialing my home phone, they tracked the number back to someone who has never lived at my residence.  They also couldn't clarify how they got the number.  They promised to have my number removed from their database.  This is not the first time debt collectors have identified my personal home phone number associated with someone else whom I've never met, nor do I even know.  I think this company should be contacted by the federal authorities or some FCC agency to determine whether they are doing a good job with the information they use to track down bad debt holders.
