This number calls daily - no answer and they hang up - no idea who they are or who they're trying to reach  - if anyone has any info please share - this is beyond annoying!!!!!

I called and asked to be removed. They said it will take 3-4 business days, so we'll see next week.

Annoying telemarketing

Called my Oregon office phone today.  I hung up because it sounded like a sales call.

It rang on my cell. When I picked it up I heard 3 beep tones, then it goes dead. I'm wondering if it dials the number before it scans it thru the "do not call" registry?

They've started up again - we got five calls in the last two days. I've filed a complaint with BBB and emailed a demand to DNC to their address at privacymanager@reedbusiness.com - everyone else should feel free to do the same.

I called the number, pressed 2 for customer service, spoke to Rob, he took my number and was going to have it removed - takes 2-3 days....

I am called constantly also and no one ever says anything. I am taking this as harrassment. This is a business line, and if this continues I will be filing a law suit against Cahners-Denver Publishing Co.

Yeah, I think after finding this site that it is Reed Business Information. They publish B to B magazines like Graphic Arts Monthly and Control Engineering.

I signed up for one of their mags a few years back, and they call and ask you all kinds of questions about the size of your Biz and what you do there.

Then.... magically, down the road - now I somehow started getting three more of their titles in the mail.

They recently sold off some titles (2/2010), so I imagine that either they or the new owners have some data mining to do.

They keep calling, when I answer the line is silent.

You apparently do not have a life. Otherwise, why would you be monitoring this site? if you didn't have a problem with the number. It is very annoying, and they do not take you off the list when you ask. Even if it was legitimate, there is no reason anyone should have the right to annoy you twice a day forever.

everyday i get at least 10 hang up calls throughout the day - so we *69 the number and the number given to us was 800-637-6081 - so I called them and it is some sort of telemarketing company that pushes magazine subscriptions.  I talked to a customer service rep and told her I was receiving hang up phone calls from this number - she told me she would take me off the list - I asked her WHY do we receive the hang ups instead of a person talking trying to get us to subscribe to some magazine.  She told me that a computer automatically dials numbers and if there is a bad connection (something goes wrong) then it hangs up instead of giving me a person.

I personally would rather have a customer service rep bother me than a hang up phone call!

I will also follow up to let everyone know if they do stop calling me since I asked to be put on the no call list.

For the last several days I have received several calls a day from 800 637 6081 according to my caller ID.  The call is dropped as soon as I answer.

Called me to my work phone number.  Do not call me again!  It is not welcome

Why don't we all have our fax machines call their number and do it for a few days so they can see what it's like.  Thanks everyone for making me realize that I'm not going crazy!

Calls every working day between 2:00 & 2:30 PM.  Hangs up when answered.  Very, Very annoying
